Terrible experience at Moss. Wembley outlet store,

The service here was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in. One staff member in particular, Abid, behaves as if he’s a manager when he isn’t, and his attitude was extremely judgemental and unprofessional. The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

I will never be coming back here, and I’ll be telling others to avoid this store so they don’t have to go through the same horrible experience. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have just received the absolute worst customer service of my life . I didn’t read the awful reviews but totally urge others to do so.
Never never shop at Moss Bros - they will absolutely get the order wrong . My party ruined as I have now not got my suit etc

Having to pay for both delivery and returns makes this not friendly for home shopping. Paid delivery is clear on their website, but paid returns is hidden away in the returns policy and a little deceptive.

I am very disappointed with the service at Bluewater Moss. I booked an appointment for my son to get measured, and the experience was terrible. I knew exactly where I was coming to, and I was fully aware of the price range before booking. My family was treated like garbage.

The staff member who was meant to help us acted like we were bothering him from the moment we arrived. Asking a 13 years old silly question when I was standing right there. When I called out his behaviour, nothing changed. He continued with the same attitude. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, and it was hard not to wonder if this treatment was because we are Black and he assumed we couldn't afford to buy. We had to leave.

This was meant to be a happy moment for my son, but it became upsetting and stressful. Too bad, too sad. I hope Moss takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat every customer with basic respect regardless. No one should be made to feel like trash.

I had two weddings coming up and was excited to take advantage of Moss’s Black Friday event.

I placed a large order online, several suits in different sizes totalling £1,500 with the discount (nearly £3,000 without). I received a confirmation email with an estimated delivery time of four days.
After waiting almost a week with no update, I contacted customer service only to be told my order had been cancelled and refunded due to an “internal security process.” Moss never informed me of this cancellation, leaving me unable to reorder at the Black Friday prices.

I raised a complaint and spoke with Lynn from customer services, who told me the senior team would not honour the Black Friday prices. She even admitted, “I cannot guarantee that if you place a new order the same issue will not happen again and will be the same outcome.” In other words, Moss made a mistake, refused to take responsibility, and left me out of pocket. Even after acknowledging the false security flag, they refused to support me in receiving my order.

This is appalling customer care. Moss cancelled my order without notice, failed to communicate, and showed no willingness to put things right. With service this poor, I will never shop at Moss again.

Service was amazing. They made my little brother feel very comfortable (He has autism) and he found everything he wanted. They also pointed us to a tailor who was able to do adjustments in a couple of hours. Absolutely no complaints thank you

I wish I read reviews before making the order.
I have a Christmas party today and I made an order over a week ago. I paid for fast delivery which they said is 2 to 5days. Till date I have not received neither tracking number nor article and I am so frustrated. I would have just driven to Westfield to get something directly.

Why would people be this misleading in contracting and even breaking their own words. Till now I haven’t received even a mail to explain any delay or nothing.

I hope I get refunded ASAP.

Really really bad service and the man in store could not have made any more mistakes!!! Staff training is really needed in the Whitley store

My confirmation email on the order is wrong, i have been ordered 2 exact same t-shirts when I asked for one, and the belt he was ordering he hasn't even bothered to order.

I was then charged £5.95 for delivery to store when he he said it was free for store transfers??? then I get a confirmation saying it is being delivered to my house address today when I told him I was away for 3 days and and wanted it delivered to my parents address, which he told me he couldn't do and i would have to be collected from the branch which is a 45 min round trip for me. So he lied about delivery and the cost which is a good, and it was today when said delivery to branch would be tomorrow?

Evri have dropped it at my house left it in 'the out building' which I don't have I live on a main road and is next to a school s hundreds of people have passed it already and I'm not back till Friday so will it still there Friday Hmmmm. also its been raining and no where to leave it undercover so it would be soaked!!

Called up Moss Bros, nothing they can do until investigated, so no party suit for me Saturday ten, cant even refund me so I can buy one elsewhere...amazing service, that's why they have such a bad rating on here I guess, I wondered if they will even get back to me about this review....im guessing not!

bought a pair of shoes and was forced/conned into giving my e mail.

SInce then they have battered me with e mails. I have unsubscribed 75 times. I have been to the shop in person to my cost in time and fuel and asked them to stop and yet they still continue.

I have now reported them to the regulatory body and they are still sending them.

Hilarious marketing as due to their incessant harassment i will never buy anything from them again

Can you believe the brain dead reply. I have contacted them repeatedly and they ignore my e mails typical faceless inhuman arrogant response probably AI reply. Brushed to one side as if you don't matter. I will rejoice when they go into liquidation

I ordered 9 items from Moss Bros with next-day delivery because I urgently needed a suit for an event. Only 2 items arrived, and the remaining 7 items never showed up — even after two weeks.

I contacted Moss customer support repeatedly, but they’ve been dragging their feet, giving me no clear updates and, unbelievably, still haven’t issued a refund for the missing items. The event has already passed, and I’m left without the products I paid for and without my money back.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be ordering from Moss Bros again.

EDIT: Changed this review to a 2-star since Moss has now decided to refund the missing items.

What part of “returned - in hub pending” means you have not received my return parcel. Despicable! You owe me £70 and are refusing to pay my money back when it is your issue. Terrible and it is a lot of money!

Scammed me! Posted an incomplete order, and then told me that the only way to get my money back would be to pay return postage for the rest of the order. Ridiculous. Always have problems with them, will probably never order there again.

Disappointed with Customer Service After Years of Loyalty

I’ve been a long-term customer of MOSS and have always appreciated the quality of their clothing and the service received in-store. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing.

After purchasing a tie that came apart after only a handful of uses, I expected a simple and straightforward exchange. Instead, I’ve spent far too much time visiting the store and sending multiple emails, yet the issue remains unresolved.

It’s frustrating to have invested so much time in something that should have been handled easily, especially as a loyal customer who has spent a great deal with MOSS over the years. Normally, the in-store service is good, but this experience has made me seriously rethink where I shop in the future.

Poor quality clothing, terrible customer service.

Purchased a pair of suit trousers for £90 from Moss
I have worn the trousers twice and they are covered in bobbles and look too scruffy to wear.
I contacted customer services who told me this has been reviewed, Moss will not replace or refund me for the trousers

Fantastic service in the Preston branch today!

Ordered something online, didn't appear for two weeks, then was told it was 'lost in transit' - which I find difficult to believe as Royal Mail tracking said they never received the parcel.

Prompt refund from customer service is the only reason it's not a 1 star. Sort yourself out Moss.
