I visited Moss in Crawley County Mall Shopping Centre today and was helped by Saidu. From start to finish his service was excellent. He greeted me and took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. He then went above and beyond to make sure I found the right style and the perfect fit for the occasion. He gave me honest advice, checked different sizes and options, and was very patient throughout.

Because of the care and attention he gave me I felt confident in my choices and ended up purchasing more than I had first planned, but I left very happy. It is rare to come across service like this and Saidu is a real credit to Moss. I will definitely be returning in the future both for his advice and for further purchases.

I brought a suit from a gentleman called Mark who worked at the Leamington Spa shops.

Excellent knowledge. Excellent customer service. Cannot wait to buy enough suit just for the experience. True classical customer service. Well done.

Customer service is awful, they say their system does not have the capacity to allow for replacement orders so they require you to wait 14 days on receipt of the item to receive a refund and pay out the full value of the item again for a new order.

The issue with the item was that the trouser legs hadn't been sewed correctly at the bottom a quick and cheap fix if they'd given a small partial refund.

They believe that they can't give refunds quicker than 3-5 working days when everyone knows that it's possible to complete same day payments.

The worst part is they have stock for these trousers so it could have been a really quick fix. Awful customer service online, appears like laziness to avoid unfamiliar ways of working outside of policy that are completely possible.

I am very disappointed in the customer service provided by Moss. We rented a morning suit for a wedding, and the carrier back got markings all on our white shirt (see pics). Grant from customer support was not very helpful and brushed it off stating that it wasn’t their issue since the white shirt was not purchased from them. I explained that the point has no relevance as I am stating your dirty carrier bag was the cause of the issue, and ruined my white shirt

Only refunded half of what I returned, despite the parcel being unopened, I returned it as it arrived. Now it’s under going “investigation”, this is completely out of order. I expect to receive my refund for the trousers immediately. They keep fobbing me off asking to wait another 5 working days, this is totally unacceptable. Will never order from here again.

Went suit shopping for my wedding and had the best suit shopping experience possible. Nabeel and Saidu were such a big help, they gave perfect recommendations and were able to tailor it to my specific look. Even after my first tailoring, they suggested that I should make the sleeves longer which they did for me. 100% satisfied and could not be more grateful. Great products, decently priced but God, their customer service is worst than your worst ex-girlfriend.

Their web customer support dodges all questions and doesn't respond to emails. Their phone customer service will say one thing, you call another time, someone else says something else.

Usually I have no problem with moss but recently I had purchased a suit and had it ready for store collection. I got to the store and only the blazer had arrived and the trousers were missing. I had contacted customer service and kept being told in 2 days I will receive an update and never did. This went for almost a month and was just constantly me contacting again and explaining the situation all over again. I had contacted a few days ago and they have finally given a refund however overall experience was poor as it was an error on their end and took almost a month to resolve.

He was excellent at sorting out where it needed to be altered and recognised me as soon as we went back in 5 days later! Cannot fault the service and the suit is really nice

I bought a 3 piece suit from the York shop where the service was excellent. As they didn’t have my size they arranged for it to be sent to me. Unfortunately when it arrived it was dirty and totally unfit to wear. I contacted them online and they agreed to refund me when I returned the suit. However they said there was a postage charge to return it but if this was deducted from my refund they would reimburse this as well. However my refund did have the deduction and despite several emails to the same email address Moss are now ignoring my emails and have not refunded the postage. This is the first time I have bought from them and is very likely the last.

I tried on a trouser and waistcoat in store but they did not have my size waistcoat so I asked the lady In store who was really helpful to order me the size larger.She said her system would not work so I had to order it at home. I ordered Saturday night and paid but by Sunday they emailed to say they had no waistcoat in the larger size but had dispatched the matching trousers. I cancelled first thing Monday so they did not send the trousers out. After 3 weeks they had not refunded me my money so I called them and they made up some silly reason that they had not had the item back even though I never received it.Finally they agreed to a refund and sent me 137 pounds but I paid 144.95 including delivery.Please check you receipts from this store and track your refunds.
