After being highly recommended to us through word of mouth, Jay had a big job on his hands! We turned out to be a bit of a challenging case for him, having already pushed the limit of what we could borrow in relation to our salaries, Jay went above and beyond to get the mortgage secured. During the process, we had a few applications pulled from beneath us at the last second. With the current changing of bank’s interest rates, Jay was quick to inform us of any updates, and was transparent in his communications - even into the later hours of the evening.
