Mortgage Medics Arvostelua

I have been working with Will and Andrea throughout my recent re-mortgage application. They are both so speedy, extremely helpful, knowledgable and you feel like the urgency you have as a client is matched by them both! I wouldn't look anywhere else for a Mortgage broker!

Mortgage Medics provided me expert impartial advice and great customer service throughout what ended up being a drawn out and complex experience getting onto the property ladder due to a lengthy probate - and all for a fixed cost that didn't go up despite the length of time between initial appointment and eventual purchase, and the multiple rate changes they diligently searched for throughout the process to ensure I secured the best rate possible.

At the start of the process I visited their Hove offices and Ella talked me through my options and calculated my affordability. I am dyslexic and throughout the process they were happy to provide accommodations to assist with the paperwork-fraught process of purchasing property, by taking me through things at my own pace in the initial meeting and with excellent customer service over the phone.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Completely seamless! Always felt in safe hands. Thanks to Gemma and her support Toby.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely helper called Gemma and although I had nothing but negatives from friends and family about the headache of buying a house. As a first time buyer and doing it solo. Gemma made it so easy and was the most helpful throughout the whole situation. There were delays in my purchase but that had nothing to do with mortgage medics. They were the people that eased my mind a lot. ***** highly recommend.

Very professional & kept us up to date at all times

We had a great experience with Mortgage Medics after they were recommended to us. The team checked the market for us a few times after our initial offer as our purchase process took so long and the market had shifted, plus they organised a new mortgage offer for us when our original one expired. Great communication throughout.

Couldn’t be happier with Ella and the team at Mortgage Medics. Ella was supportive and diligent throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, navigating the home-buying process felt daunting but I felt reassured knowing I could trust in Ella to act in my best interests. With several key decisions to be made during the process I felt comfortable asking any questions or sharing any concerns and never felt pressured to go down a particular route. Buying a house is one of the significant events in life and I felt fortunate to have come across Mortgage Medics and then to have been assigned with Ella.

Will and Andrea were incredibly helpful through the process of remortgaging.

We were kept up to date on available rates from various lenders through the entire application process up until our existing mortgage expired.

Thanks again to the team for the swift process and ensuring we received the best rate possible!

Rarely do I leave reviews but for Mortgage Medics, I feel it’s a must. The whole process was so smooth. I was repeatedly impressed by Undray and his team’s attention to detail and work ethic, their drive towards completion and all round concern in achieving customer satisfaction. I feared obtaining a new mortgage would be stressful. It was a walk in the park. They took care of difficult conversations with lenders and achieved a much lower rate for me. From the first phone call untill the last they were diligent and unselfish with their time. Hats off to Undray and his team and thank you once again it was a pleasure to deal with you.

Sorted our mortgage that needed to be renewed and found the lowest interest rate over a 3 to 4 month timline and continued to update as new offers were available. Great service ....couldn't be happier

We had a great experience working with Will at Mortgage Medics. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, always happy to answer any questions we had and made sure to keep us updated as mortgage rates changed so we could secure the best possible deal. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to his support. We’d 100% recommend Will to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor!

From the beginning our experience with Mortgage Medics has been amazing. Gareth went through so many variations of what we would like, from renewing our mortgage while staying in the same house to then deciding to move and changing the amount we were borrowing. He was really helpful and nothing felt too much. We had lots of questions and he was always happy to answer everything, arranging calls whenever needed. Toby also supported on our case and was also really helpful and supportive throughout the process. Towards the end, where we were having delays from the house move, they always replied very promptly and acted quickly when we needed them to. Thank you so much to everyone who supported with our mortgage and move, we would highly recommend Mortgage Medics.

Excellent! Very professional and extremely helpful and friendly.

Great service again from Will and Andrea. The whole process is made very smooth with timely updates and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Will and Andrea have been really helpful throughout the whole experience. We were first time buyers and they’ve been there every step of the way, answering any questions and putting us at ease throughout the whole process. From start to finish they’ve been there. We would recommend the company and both Will and Andrea from the wonderful experience we had with them.

Undray has been super clear, easy to work with and personable from the very start. He took all of my fears away being a first time buyer and has been brilliant to work with!

The whole experience was very professional, the people are knowledgable and polite and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. All my queries were clearly and quickly answered for them

Excellent and personable service. Thoroughly recommend.

Couldn’t have done it without the team at mortgage medics. They were friendly and helpful through the whole process.

I have always received excellent service from Mortgage Medics over the past 9 years. I’ve most recently been working with Will and Andrea who have been proactive, personable and professional. I would highly recommend Mortgage Medics and will continue to be a customer.
