We bought our dream home
Ella Tuck was on our side from start to finish, it took the better part of a year to find our dream home but it never felt like we were a burden to her. Ella was extremely responsive to all of our queries and left no stone unturned. As first time buyers there was a lot we didn’t know, Ella took her time to explain each step thoroughly. The mortgage was offered within 2 days of applying, and we’re happy with the rate provided.

incredibly patient and helpful. I felt they went beyond the call of duty.
The team at Mortgage medics were fantastic. From the beginning to the end, they were calm, helpful and patient. As first time buyers we didnt have a clue, and we really couldnt of done it without them. The assistance they gave us was first rate, and given that the overall cost was so competitive, it showed how much they cared about what they do.

Mortgage made easy
Gareth is one the best people we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with across any company. As first time buyers he explained everything to us clearly & patiently and always had time for our questions, and we felt hugely reassured going through the process with his calm expertise. The whole process was seamless across what was a stressful period and a huge thank you to both Gareth & Toby who were brilliant from start to finish.

Ella has been absolutely incredible…
Ella has been absolutely incredible from start to finish! I was a bit nervous at first, as my previous consultant had left, but I shouldn’t have worried for a second. From our very first chat, Ella completely put me at ease.
When I first got in touch, our house wasn’t even on the market yet and I’d already fallen in love with another place. Ella didn’t just reassure me, she jumped straight in, explored every angle, and came back with loads of different options for us to choose from.
She’s been so organised, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout, always one step ahead and genuinely invested in helping us find the best solution. Ella made what could’ve been a really stressful process feel smooth and easy. I couldn’t recommend her (and Mortgage Medics) more highly!
