Fantastic Advisors
We've used Mortgage Medics on two separate occasions and honestly can't recommend them highly enough. Their attention to detail when handling complex mortgage scenarios has been brilliant. They know exactly how to approach every situation and lay out all the available options clearly. Won't be using another advisor. Simply the best.

She went above and beyond…
We had a very difficult experience trying to purchase a property, and unfortunately the process did not go as planned. The one real bright spot throughout it all was Gemma Green at Mortgage Medics.
Gemma was warm, genuine, calm, honest, and always quick to reply. She never felt pushy or transactional — she felt like someone who genuinely cared and truly wanted to help us.
She was constantly trying to find solutions, always responsive, and kept doing everything she could to move things forward, even when things became very difficult near the end. She went above and beyond and was the one person in the whole process who felt consistently competent and reliable.
We are really grateful for all her help, and I would absolutely use Gemma again for future mortgages.

Excellent, positive, hardworking, diligent, worth every penny and more.
This is a very belated review for the services we received from Will. We had a complex remortgage to take us off a bridging loan on a residential auction purchase. The prospect of not getting a mortgage offer was pretty terrifying but nonetheless a risk we chose to take on a unique house. Will was calm, positive, realistic, reassuring and diligent throughout. We had one refusal which was a bleak moment. Will’s response was unfailingly upbeat: “if we need to do a hundred applications, we will, and we will get there”. Luckily, the second came through but I have no doubt he had the other 98 in him. Thank you very much, Will. I never miss an opportunity to recommend your services.
