I waited 4-6 weeks or more for a pillow and received varying answers the entire time. It varied from that I preordered it (wouldn’t provide proof), to USPS delays, to COVID/supply chain excuses. It wouldn’t of been a big deal if anything had been communicated upfront or throughout but it was quite the opposite. I ordered my original Moonpod from their Kickstarter and have always been a huge fan until this insane experience. The final straw was them deleting my very fair and honest review (notice their site ONLY has 4-5 star reviews) and having the most strict return policy including requiring customers to pay return shipping and have all the original packaging.

Also, on behalf of our carrier USPS, we sincerely apologize for all the delays! Due to the unexpected very high volume of orders we received for the 4D Pillow, USPS was overwhelmed with the high order volume, thus the delay with the delivery. However, we assure that all pillow orders were already handed to USPS right after they are placed, and USPS is doing their very best to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We again apologize for this inconvenience here!
As for your feedback on leaving a review, we thank you for bringing this to our attention! I'll reach out to our team about this, to correct any errors that we have on our website.

The product is junk…goes flat within a month.. don’t waste all that money! No customer service number on website or commercial…wonder why? Because they know their product is a scam…beans go flat within a month making you pay more money for the thing! Take your junk off the market or grow a set and get a customer service number and make things right for your customers! Very shady!! Terrible

Honestly terrible product
Honestly terrible product. NOT worth the money. I bought it to help with my anxiety because of how it was advertised and it did nothing to help. Also, the beads inside are uncomfortable as they protrude through the thin material. Not worth the money at all.

Customer service
I had to contact customer service because six days earlier I received notification that a label had been made. I kept checking and nothing happened. The email I sent just asked what is going on. A very nice response was given and within one day I received notification that my package was mailed.

I got the Moon Pod as a birthday gift…
I got the Moon Pod as a birthday gift from my lovely wife - a thoughtful gift...
However, due to my injured knee, I'm not able to use it - bending down to sit/lie on it. I tried a couple of times, and it was good for my back, but my knee suffered due to bending to get down low and also to get up from the Moon Pod. Therefore, I had to return it.
It passed their 14-days return policy, but they made an exception and approved the return. This was because the Moon Pod was ordered early and arrived more than 14 days before my birthday, and my wonderful wife kept it hidden from me to surprise me as a birthday gift... My wife and I appreciate their very nice service (by a rep. named Cecelia) and understanding of the situation and approved the return.
Cecelia processed the return promptly and took care of my needs/situation regarding the shipping & restocking fee very kindly.
I rate this experience with Moon Pod (product & customer service) with a 5 Stars - Kudos to Cecelia and the customer service team. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. It took over a month for them to realize usps had lost their package. I said several times I want a refund. They still tried to send me a pillow. I wouldn’t trust this company with a stuffed animal.

The After-Purchase Support is Incredible
I received my Moon Pod and unfortunately the box was mishandled during shipment and the Mood Pod cover was missing. I sent a message to customer support, was contacted promptly by Hiyezel (amazing), and a new cover was shipped. I love companies that care about you even after they have your money.

A welcome new pillow
Already owning a Moonpod with crescent (my favorite hang-out spot while binging) I decided to try the new pillow. My current situation was a combination of 4 pillows. LOVE this new MoonPod pillow. Firm height for side-sleeping and compliments my super-soft feather pillow for my personally perfected now 2-pillow sleep ensemble. Would recommend for back & side sleeping (and TV watching support). Thanks Moonpod people. As for my other two now retired pillows... don't miss them a bit!

I have purchased 3 items from this…
I have purchased 3 items from this company over 2 years. First the arm attachment, then the hassock and recently the pillow. The first 2 items were ok, but the pillow is a complete joke. First it took 18 days to arrive, I sent several emails asking what was going on and received nonsensical, contradictory boilerplate responses. I was actually advised to “ simply refuse the FedEx delivery” if I actually wanted a refund. Of course it was delivered finally by USPS. To top it off the pillow is literally half the size of a standard pillow and they did not send the “slip” although the instructions included advise to place the pillow in the slipcover upon arrival. When I emailed with this info - no response. Astoundingly poor customer service and there is no phone number to call.

I love it!! Moon Pod 4D Pillow - Cosmic Ash
What a wonderful surprise. I opened my pillow upon its arrival and took it back to the bed. The day goes by and I finally crawl into bed. I am a horrible sleeper. I positioned the pillow and fell asleep almost immediately. The next thing I know 5 hours passed. I have not slept a straight 5 hours in years. I felt more rested and peaceful when I awakened!! I can’t wait to go to bed tonite!!! So much support and cool temp but not lumpy or holding my head and neck in an uncomfortable position. Try it!

Order delivery address help
I did an order for a friend and one for me, but Shop.com put the same address, so mine would have gone to my friend as well. I emailed, they responded super fast, and referred it to shipping right away that corrected it immediately. WHY can't EVERYTHING work like this?? Remember when EVERYTHING wasn't all screwed up?? I do. Moonpod was awesome and I can't wait for my pillow!

Disappointed
I bought my daughter a moonpod for Christmas, she loved it for a a few weeks and it has since lost much of its fullness so I requested some more filling which I was emailed that it would be shipped in a few days. I waited 2 weeks and no filling came so I emailed about it and was informed I couldn't get any filling for at least 3 months because it is backorder due to high demand yet they continue to sell new merchandise...anyway we are very disappointed, it was the only thing she asked for and I'm not feeling like they appreciated my business and am feeling ripped off~
