What a terrible company, I have been waiting 10 days now for a withdrawal and still no sign of it arriving, constantly being fobbed off by the support people, which feels like I'm just being lied to, apparently, my case has been escalated but I do not hold out any hope.

User name Alex554 have been waiting over a week for payout constantly sending evidence to verify account keep getting emails to sent documents which I have 3 times no sign of pay out owed over 2000 pounds disgrace also in my 60s with no Id have provide all the other documents , update still no further forward will be contacting papers/media on Monday this is ridiculous
Still nothing will be contacting newspapers today

Very poor experience I deposited won £111 withdrew to my card which returned to Moongames 10 working days later after providing bank details and promised multiple times no transfer of winnings.

Like playing on this site, but if you win more than a few hundred it will take forever to get your winnings. been in touch with customer service and they just fob you off with another few days. Very disappointing

Today was the first time I had heard about this site when I received an email telling me of their T & C update...it also stated my username which I am highly concerned about because I did not join, I did not add this name as the number to it I would never use. I thought I would test this and I was able to sign in with a password I have for a completely different site and it had my dob ... I am not happy in the slightest and would like to be removed from your site as I said have never heard of nor joined.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online casino. I’ve been waiting for weeks for my withdrawal to be processed and have sent all the necessary documents only for my account to now be blocked. I am owed thousands by this company and it has caused no end of stress. Steer well clear.

Update* been almost a month now and still haven’t received my funds. I’ve sent every single piece of documentation you could think of to this company. Driving license, passport, utility bill, bank statements, bank cards. Absolutely everything! Withdrew my winnings on the 23rd November, it’s now 20 December and I still haven’t had my money. All I’m met with on a daily/weekly basis is “your complaint has been escalated and will be dealt with in 3-5 business days” that’s just not good enough. The way I’ve been treated is absolutely disgusting. I’ve won a life changing amount of money and they’ve robbed me and my family of enjoying that money before Christmas. It’s an absolute joke. Avoid this website at all costs because I’m beginning to wonder if they’re even legit and even have the funds to pay out to their customers.

Really low payouts if any. Lasted only a few days before closing the account. Balance was drained rapidly even on 20p spins as if there was no RTP, resulting in further deposits which is what they want. On other sites the same amount would last hours if not days of enjoyment.

Terrible site, played hundreds in first week and of course lost it all, when I got a bonus it would tell me in my balance what I had won before even hitting the button, total fix. Avoid !!!!

I withdrew £2000 on the 8th March 2022 it says 1 day to process but its been over this now not too concerned as its a larger amount. However my withdrawal has been split into 3, 2 going to my correct card 1 going to an old card? I've emailed twice now no reply to query this as the other card is completely shut down now? I've never experienced this before so better customer service needed for incidents like this.

Hopefully I get my full withdrawal soon and a response.

This is a legit casino that pays out all the winnings. I'm here for some time and didn't have any problems. It has a nice library of games and I really enjoy it.

Awful not one person seems to know what’s going on timescale wise for a withdrawal. One tells me it will be approved by 4pm sat and then the next min I’m being told by Tuesday will be the last time I use this site

just like any other 888 operated site they will limit your account if you win on their site for few times, all the sites under 888 limit or block your accounts if they see you winning on few occasions they dont want winners they want people who just loose .
they limit my account so i can't use any bonus or take part in promotions because they say I mostly deposit using promotion codes,
they will send you deposit codes everyday and if you don't play for few days you'll get get bigger deposit offers to make you play again and when you deposit few time using offers and win they will block or limit your account because you win.

and all their promotion for winning gift and stuff are all fake I have been a loyalty club member for very long time and deposit and play £100's every week but never ever win any gift or those raffle tickets bonuses because those are just to attract you and not for winning.

all these 888 sites are joke and they should be banned for sending you offers everyday so you can come back and loose because if you win they don't like it..

So don't play and if you win couple of times then stop otherwise they will block your account and keep your money.
