My order was not processed however money had already been taken out of my bank. I ended up having to contact you twice to sort it out and arrange delivery. Your excuse was there was a problem with the system. It would have been courteous to have been told you had an issue as I was waiting for the soaps for my business.

Fast speedy service from Montague Lloyd.
The Tuffnells delivery driver was nice, but that was maybe because he had just hit my entrance post on the driveway. Where it states 'Cars Only'!
All in all a great service.

Good service and product
Very happy with the way my order was handled. Great that someone actually answers the phone within a few rings rather than waiting hours for someone to reply. One item was out of stock in the quantity ordered but they managed to offer an alternative solution swiftly. All in all very good service!
