MoneyPlus Advice Arvostelua 

Since contacting MoneyPlus late last year I have had very good service. When I speak to advisers they are always polite and genuinely concerned. They provide support and always try to help where possible. They have done much to alleviate the stress of my situation.

I am not good at writing but they helped me a lot as I struggle with mental health

I feel totally relieved from companies harassment with money plus

Money plus have been amazing supporting me with my debt I suffer from severe mental health issues and advisors are always kind mannerly and understanding you really have helped me immensely at a very very difficult time. Advisor I spoke with today was helpful supportive and very understanding with a kind manner.

The understanding and compassion showed from the very start of this process has been a revelation for the circumstances I had found myself in, dealing with multiple agencies every month was having an extremely detrimental effect on my mental heath and not giving me the freedom to deal solely with my medical issues, even though I have had the occasional time where my payment has arrived late due to being self employed, I have had no issue in conversing with the account managers I have spoken with and together we have found a solution to move forward. I know, as do Moneyplus within the next few months all of this will be behind me....Bravo and I would highly recommend you to anyone else who finds themselves in a similar position to myself...

I spoke with Cat, who was very easy to speak with, offered me great solutions, and was kind and empathetic to my circumstances. If I must seek out MoneyPlus’ services again, hopefully I don’t but, I’d be happy for her to be the person I go to.

I spoke with Michael & then Kai. Even though I have a Brain Injury & Long Covid, they paid attention to my needs, they remained calm, attentive, understanding, sympathic, helpful, patient with me & informative during our call.

My debts were affecting my health, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t function & they were a detriment to my daily living.

After speaking to Michael & Kai, I feel a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders, I feel confident, so happy & so positive that I am going to sort my debt problem out, with all their help, especially Kai.

I would recommend Michael & Kai for a promotion. I understand that they were only doing their job, but they were both outstanding, assertive, asking all the correct information from me & so sympathetic & full of empathy. I felt at ease giving them private & personal information, from a person like myself who finds it very difficult & challenging to do, with all the health problems that I have.

Brilliant service and very helpful

I was very nervous before the call as this is something I should have done weeks ago. I had Matt on the call who was fantastic from start to finish, talked through all my options and gave me his advice and then also took the time to listen to all my questions. He made what was a nervy experience, very comfortable.
