Monarch Dental Arvostelua 

I have been a client here for about 2 years now. They treat me well and work with me. Service is great.

We had a great experience, someone cancelled so we got the braces put on the same day.. great place!

I go to two Monarch locations. At one location I get an x-ray without too much discomfort and then get practically choked at the other location. Sticking a piece of polished steel into someone's mouth and telling them to "bite down" is from the 20th century. It causes me to force the metal into the roof of my mouth and then the sensor moves so we have to keep re-taking the x-rays. Once I took 17 x-rays in less than six minutes. Is that the industry standard? Also they can't send the x-rays, digitally, to other Monarch locations. Maybe somebody doesn't really care that much about their patients comfort. Oh and when I make a statement about choking I do NOT appreciate the technician telling me she has been doing it for 13 years and she knows what she is doing. Maybe I don't know how to open my mouth?

Every thing went very well and I was happy with the procedure. However, it would have caused me less confusion if the process and the cost had been explained to up front. Instead I spent two weeks trying to get answers. I still had questions about the procedure and the cost when I came in for the appointment. We spent a good deal of time with these questions and the total costs involved before I would let them proceed.

The bottom line was there were two doctors involved and they were not working together. This involved a tooth removal and an implant that affected the parcial that I had.

They go to great lengths to help you get the best service down to the tiniest detail. They take time for every detail.

I am thrilled that I had reached out to the Bedford TX office for dental care. The staff is very professional, respectful, and the service is fantastic. They are definitely the best choice for my husband and I.

We have been going to this dentist for several years and are totally happy with the staff and office. We trust Dr. Henderson with our dental health.

Service not as quick as usual, I was 10 minutes early and no one else was in the waiting room. As I sat there for a full 40 minutes, I watched other people who came later being taken first. Then they called someone with the same first name as me, and that was when I spoke up. Someone came for me soon after.

Dr. Colin Mccarthey, oral surgery, told me what to expect and all true. He's very good. He's worked on me twice and all good .

Great service. The wait was minimal and the work was done in a time sensitive and caring manner.

I'm not a fan of going to the dentist in general, but Dr. Meeks and his office make the experience so much better. All of them are friendly and patient and efficent. I have no doubt that I am getting the best care and that Dr. Meeks and employees are well trained. I try to take care of my teeth, but sometimes I do slack off... But I don't feel judged. I only feel like they want the best for me. They don't try to upsell me on any procedures and products. The office staff are also great to talk with. You can tell that it's well run because everyone gets along and you don't feel any tension and aren't afraid to ask questions. I will continue to go to Dr. Meeks as long as he practices!
