Monarch Dental Arvostelua 

I am a new patient and this was my first visit. The person taking the dental x-rays did not position the film holder properly. When I would "bite down" on the plate my gums would hurt.

Great service! Dr Sidiqqui is awesome!

They are great people to deal with me each and every time I enter their office and most of the time it's in pain with an attitude. The atmosphere is pleasant, caring, and business you are in and out.

Dr. Adhami was great! I was extremely nervous, but he was very gentle and explained each step. The staff was friendly.

The staff is friendly and nice. They explain everything they're going to do. They ask if I'm okay and if anything hurts.

very bad I'm not recommended this for anybody I will I went for a check up and they want to add a lot of her stuff it's not necessary to do it

Older equipment, long wait. Long wait and hygienist bailed partway through. My other dentist had equipment that allowed you to swish with mouthwash after treatment into a little basin. I had a crown replaced and there was a bunch of cement left on the roof of my mouth. Both the dentist and hygienist were very nice, but it seemed like they were a bit short staffed.

Very expensive place to conduct dental care. For deep teeth cleaning quote $2100 compare to $400 from a high end dental care company.

I needed to been seen that day I called & I got in within 2hours from me calling. Hardly any waiting time in lobby and dr saw me fixed my problem and I was out in no time .
Friendly staff and doctors are great .

I was a new patient and came 15 minutes early to my appointment. I had all the required paperwork already filled out. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, went and got my X-rays, waited in a observation room for almost an HOUR before someone came in and poked my teeth for about 5 minutes and left. I waited another 20 minutes before the doctor came in and looked at my teeth. Then waited another 15 minutes for someone to write up my dental plan. I was at this dental place for 2 hours and probably waited around for an hour and half. I had to schedule another day and time for them to clean my actual teeth which was the next day at 8:30. The lady who cleaned my teeth was really nice and very intelligent about dental and gave me lots of good information. She cleaned my teeth and had me done within 30 minutes. She even went out of her way to talk to the Ortho people about a retainer for me. Then again I had to wait another 30 minutes to finally check out. I waited in the lobby and felt like I was forgotten about until the lady at the front asked if I was still waiting on something and I told her just to check out. If my whole experience was like the 30 minutes with dental hygienist then I would have been satisfied but waiting 2 hours is poor customer service and bad business.

All of my questions were answered and everyone is most friendly there.
It was a nice experience.

Please Do Not select Dr. John Reschke as your primary care dentist. He will not do a good job on your teeth. He did a high filling in one of my teeth and it became very painful when chewing food, and very sensitive with cold and hot liquid. I never had any complain about that tooth, but he told me that you need a filling for that tooth.

He drilled both side of my tooth and create a big gap in between it. Now, anytime food gets in between my tooth, it start hurting and really bothering me. Flossing that tooth became very painful, because Dr. Reschke made both side of it very rough. Now, anytime I floss, the flossing thread become jumble up.

He is not taking his time to listen to his patients. He is always in a hurry. I will not recommend doctor Reschke for your dental care!
