i had an issue with my mom trip on 08/21/2026., i called and spoke to karima , she gave hard time and refused to esclate my request to manager and when i asked her to transfer to another person she refused and i had to drop call to call some one else she was very rude unprofessional and unconsidered person and i called back and spoke to unother person requesting supervisor his name is Tim they never listen to customer and unhelpful, poor customer service and unethical way of dealing with seniors

The company owes my mother over $1,500, but because they filed for bankruptcy we will never see that money.. They were so awful in their service that my mother had to hire Mohammed at Transport Seniors Los Angeles ( they are excellent and I highly recommend the company for all your transportation needs).. They were never on time even up until my appointment time they never arrived.. There was one time the driver got so angry he had to use a removable ramp that he got so angry that he took his anger out on us that he drove like a maniac (I didn't know if I was going to live or die) and I'm not being dramatic, just honest.. This is a horrible company!. If your insurance company has a contract with them, I strongly urge you to reconsider them.. I have had consistent awful service for more than a year.. But West Coast Ambulance is awesome!
