I felt heard! I was allowed the time to speak freely without being interrupted . I also was quit happy that the NP or Dr I spoke with at all the appointments were receptive with all of my health history and they took into account my ENTIRE health to best plan for my menopausal treatment. The staff is friendly and open. I have recommended this site multiple times.

Great experience! I was unknowingly 6 months into perimenopause and I thought I was dying… my regular doctor wanted to prescribe antidepressants and other medications, but I knew that was wrong. The doctors at Modern Menopause are experts in their field and provide exceptional care specifically for women’s health.
One appointment (virtual) and I was started on HRT and given blood test forms.
I completed my blood work and had my second appointment 30 days later.
I was relieved by the doctors review of my blood work as it confirmed my symptoms exactly and stopped my concern that something else was wrong with me.
A small prescription adjustment was made and one week after that I felt like myself again.
Over the course of the next six months I adjusted my treatment as needed myself until I found exactly what worked for me… and now I feel amazing.
Happy, energy, motivated, no hot flashes, great sleep, focused, relaxed, no anxiety or negative thinking.
I will check in with Modern Menopause when I get to one year - I look forward to discussing how well I’m doing with them!
After going through this process (as every woman will) I recommend Modern Menopause to every woman I know who is over 35 and starts complaining about the ‘unknown symptoms’.

I think I had three different providers. Two offered no follow up or extra communication and left me wondering what to do if I needed follow up. I ended up making an appointment to ask about a dose change and was charge a follow up appointment fee. Seems extreme for a follow up question. My third provider, Karen Cox has been great. She checked in twice and answered a few questions in between appointments. Feels like a better service overall with her.

It was easy to book my first consultation which I was able to get within a week. Julie actively listened to what I shared in detail and answered all of my questions. I think what Julie proposed as a plan works. We will see how the next months go.

I've been a patient since November 2024, and the care I've received since my radical hysterectomy that October has been life-changing. The staff are friendly and easy to reach, and the practitioners are highly knowledgeable and consistently go above and beyond. They have helped me with concerns well beyond my initial menopause and women's helth needs and made it easier to access the care I actually need.

What made my experience great was actually feeling listened to, taken seriously, validated, and not dismissed simply because my situation is complicated and nuanced. Dr. Wang is very kind and knowledgeable, she clearly takes a lot of pride and care in her work and Modern Menopause has been a lifesaver for me after having such a difficult time finding adequate care elsewhere. I cannot recommend them enough to women struggling with menopause and perimenopause.

I appreciated the time that my NP took to review the intake form prior to the appointment so we could start my initial assessment with a plan. She went through everything step-by-step and ensured I felt comfortable and on board with her recommendations.
