I ordered two rings from an add that popped up during a game. The ad said the business was closing and the old woman was retiring. I never received anything. Filing a complaint with PAYPAL.
My experience is the same as the others. A large man's coat fitted me - size 12 lady!! There was a Manchester address on the site which was closed ages ago apparently so we thought we were buying British. Evri global tracking says parcel In Cusoms since 23.1.25. Rip off and over £100 short. PayPal no help.
I ordered a coat for my daughter for Christmas. The arms were so narrow it would not fit anyone as it would have to be a child then the rest of the coat would not fit and was very badly made. Their customer service just send generic emails back and they don't respond to the replies. I opened a case with Paypal and had to return the coat at my expense back to China, even though it says on their website returns to the Netherlands. I have just received a decision in my favour from Paypal. It cost me about £24 to return to China and a lot of time and hassle. I will in future do a lot more research and will buy British in future. I hope this helps other people avoid the frustration I had.
The item I ordered was not as described so I returned it the following day,14th December.As of today,9th February,I have still not received a refund despite opening a case with PayPal.The firm have now responded in German so I have told Paypal I need a reply in English.

Now they've stopped , don't reply to anything, this is a scam company avoid this company do not buy from them
Det är en bluffföretag beställde 2 klänningar som på deras bild såg väldigt fint och skön, dröjde länge innan jag fick den, klänningar är inte ens likadant bilderna och dålig material som stinker. Skrev ett brev att jag vill returnera dem och fick som svar att dem beklagar att jag var inte nöjd men kunde erbjuda 20 % rabatt om jag behåller klänningar alternativet är att returnera med självkostnad till en adress i Kina. Klarna borde rensa bort och inte sommarbeta med skumma företag.
