Worked for me. Transferred years of WhatsApp from android to IOS. It's not a "one-click" solution, but the instructions are clear, take your time to follow each step. I had a minor issue with my Win11 machine, the app would load with very high DPI so I couldn't read the instructions, but that was fixed by setting compatibility mode.

The Android bit did require setting up Developer Mode and end-to-end encryption, but the instructions were clear. The Apple bit required iTunes to be installed but again, everything worked just fine. It even merged the android data with my years old icloud whatsapp backup.

After many attempts, I managed to transfer my WhatsApp from Android to iPhone. However, I lost a lot of information along the way.
The instructions are very poorly explained; the software isn't intuitive at all. They need to improve all the explanations a lot.

After transfering from android to iphone only few multimedia files are transfered, despite of all chat texts are transfered, I lost nearly of 90% of my multimedia (pictures, videos, docs) files.

I wanted to transfer WhatsApp from a Samsung to an iPhone that had already been set up. After a lot of research, I settled on a paid version of Mobitrix. What is deceptive about the advertising, even videos, is that it's a one-click operation. Initially, I had difficulty with Mobitrix recognizing the Samsung. The whole debugging and developer software process was difficult. Then the directions and visuals for getting an internal backup on the Samsung were incorrect. I messaged Mobitrix and did receive a brief response within 24 hours that was marginally helpful. I finally backed up the Samsung both to the Google Drive and then to the internal drive. Mobitrix then encouraged using their "backup" to computer as a first step to the transfer. The backup stalled, and I finally exited the Mobitrix app when it became apparent the backup was not progressing. I then went back into the app and used the direct "transfer" feature that finally seemed to work; although the whole process for end-to-end encryption was actually scary. When the transfer seemed complete, the iPhone gave prompts that seemed to imply that it had been returned to factory settings. However, after logging in using the Apple account, it seemed that all prior setup was intact. It appears that all the chats were transferred seamlessly. I am still checking to be sure all the other data also transferred. I'm grateful that it finally seemed to work; however, it was not an easy process!

Ich hatte zuerst Probleme, da man ein Backup im internen Speicher des Android machen sollte, das aber nicht wie in der Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung funktioniert hat. Daraufhin habe ich den Support angeschrieben, der mir innerhalb kurzer Zeit zurückgeschrieben hat, wie es bei mir funktioniert. Dann ging alles Problemlos. Alle Chats sind vollständig übertragen worden. Daher 5 Sterne.

I needed a standard transfer from android to iPhone and unfortunately missed the opportunity with the "transfer to ios" app. I was sceptical of this software but desperate so I thought I'd give it a try. At first I had some problems with connecting the android phone but after trying a few different USB-cables it eventually worked. Probably not the software's fault.
Backup to PC worked fine.
Restoring the backup to iOS was a little bit more trouble. For some reason I had to do the process twice. It seems to have worked fine the second time and it's also not a long process. So that was not much of a problem either.
The instructions were quite clear throughout the process. I'm not sure if the other reviews might be referring to different processes or if there were recent updates.

Mobitrix sells a broken solution

Mobitrix advertises a working WhatsApp transfer tool, but it relies on installing a special version of WhatsApp Business that they haven’t kept updated. As of May 2025, their tool forces you to install a WhatsApp version that expired in January, making it impossible to complete the transfer process. The app gets stuck demanding an update before the number verification step, which blocks any migration attempt. No official solution has been provided.

People need to know: if your WhatsApp data is important to you, don’t risk it on Mobitrix unless you want to be stuck without access and without help.

Eventually it did what it needed to do. I managed to transfer the Whatsappdata from Android to iPhone, without having to reset the iPhone to factory settings and losing everything on it. However, it took multiple tries to get it done. User manual needs to be more dummy proof. Not just with a screenshot, but also describing step-by-step what is shown on the photos. It cost 16 euros for a 1-month membership to get the job done, which I think is rather steep, but I feel it's worth it to have the new iPhone now as premium device for Whatsapp, instead of secondary device to the old Android phone. Also you should definitely not follow the program's advice to make use of back up option instead of tranfer option, because unlike they are stating, it will cost you a lot of extra time. Make sure you keep whatsapp open on the source phone at the beginning of the process, until the instructions tell you to log in onto your new device.
