Zero returns Policy and no customer service
I would not even give this place a one star, appalling customer service given and clearly they do not like you returning items, my sons new I phone screen protector started to peel of& and crack within 24 hours of purchasing, when trying to return they would not entertain me and said we have Broken it, clearly the guy, who said he owned the company, needs to go on a customer service course as he had zero customer service skills, he told me all the items he sells are not guaranteed so beware, for a owner of a company to not have these skills is worrying, he was not interested that I would take this further with trading standards and the complaints at the intu Lakeside shopping centre where it was bought, this man was a total ignorant Pig, sorry that is insulting Pigs, he will not hear the last of this

Poor quality screens that fall apart! they then wont rectify. Wasted money.
Bought a screen through groupon. Initially seemed fine but then started to come out of phone. The assembly itself came apart so could only be an inferior screen. When I took back to replace was told that it was physical damage so they wouldn't rectify.
They should have accepted responsibility instead of calling me a liar as it is an obvious defect.

Careful with Return Policy
I purchased a mobile case after confirmation that I would get my money back if not satisfied with the product. 2 days after, I returned to the store for a refund, and I was told I could not get my money back because I had used the item!! A joke. I was forced to do an exchange. This company clearly doesn't apply by the Return Policy advertised on the website.

Changed battery and earpiece stopped
Went to mobilebitz lakeside Thurrock to have my battery changed immediately after the battery had been changed the earpiece stopped working On returning to them they refused to even look at the phone without charging me for a new ear piece. So proceeded to take my phone else where and they confirmed and electrical ribbon hand been partially torn when battery was changed. The salesman was very rude and intimidating. Let’s hope there head office are more useful
