Super-quick response (on a Saturday night!) from Mitch. He came, as arranged, on the Monday morning and sorted out our boiler. Really good service provided, professional throughout and would highly recommend.

Mitch was efficient and courteous and spent a generous amount of time carrying out the work on my boiler. The following week I had to call him back as I wasn't sure the boiler sounded good and he attended very quick and the boiler is now great. A very good job and a fair price. Recommended.

It’s always risky reaching out to a contractor that you don’t know, when there is so much choice, but we were absolutely delighted with the new boiler installation service from Mitch this week. He responded quickly to our request for a quote and it soon became clear that this was someone who does a really good job for a competitive price. He is thorough, unobtrusive, tidy in his work and fully compliant with regulations. He exceeded our expectations.

I have had the good fortune to have regular boiler services by this company. Each time the service has been undertaken very professionally. I have always been advised if any parts are looking warn down and might need renewing at next annual service, and also advised if I have any issues between services to contact them and they will come out. Overall I have been very pleased with the service I have had with this company.

Excellent service from start to finish

We used MLT Plumbing and Heating for recent boiler service.

The service was superb, received the boiler service certificate same day by email (never had this before) and even added to a reminder database so I don't ever need to worry about remembering when my next service is due.

I had not used this company before but Mitch and his team stepped in to help me out of a potential disaster in the week before Christmas 2020 when our boiler was condemned and our regular plumber was unavailable.

At very short notice and in record time, they installed a brand new central heating and hot water system in an HMO rental property - the tenants are delighted with the upgrade and I am very grateful.

I would have awarded 5* except they inadvertantly disconnected one of the electric showers, didn't come back to re-connect it till after the New Year and didn't respond to my communications in the interim. I would have appreciated a text or email saying when they would be available to do the work.

They repaired the connection on their first day back at work after the festive season but didn't give me the opportunity to inform my tenants of their visit.

I would use this company again if a suitable project appears and I can highly recommend their work.

Fitted a new gas hob. Removed the old one and fitted new all in under an hour, came at short notice and was extremely courteous and professional. Paperwork and safety certificate all sent through electronically the same day. Great service at reasonable cost, will definitely use again.
