DO NOT USE

Two weeks on. No delivery. Have emailed. And their response is 'will send this week.if that's ok'. Lol, yeah you have had my money for two weeks so yes please. Still no delivery yet.

We’re really sorry to read your review and understand how frustrating this experience has been. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide.
After investigating, we can see that delivery was initially attempted by our courier on 9th June, but they were unfortunately unable to gain access to the premises.
The parcel should have been reattempted, however, this didn’t happen and the order was returned to our warehouse in error.
We appreciate that our earlier communication didn’t meet expectations, especially given the time that has passed since placing your order, and we apologise for this.
We are currently in contact with you directly to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
