The pillow cases I ordered are of excellent quality. The 100% cotton has a lovely silky feel and a beautiful sheen. I have had sheets and duvet covers from them in the past and have been very pleased with the quality of all items.

I spoke to a lovely lady Clare Medway oh my goodness she was so helpful.I explained how I had been to The Swan Hotel in Alnwick in Northumberland and they use your pillows and they were so comfortable and the hotel gave me the Mitre details .
Well i received the pillow and i am so pleased with it I will order some more
So please thank Clare she even gave me the name of a tea shop to visit when i hopefully come to Llandudno in May .So Thankyou again .

We have been purchasing from this company for over 8 years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I have now received replacements three times, and each time the tablecloths arrived dirty and faulty.
Despite raising the issue multiple times, it has not been properly resolved. Unfortunately, Stephen Lewis, who has been handling this, has not taken the matter seriously.

I have now requested a full refund. Very frustrating experience.

Items arrive as expected.. quality as expected... Unfortunately I didn't notice that I ordered a 25cm pocket instead of the 30cm that I needed. So unfortunately can't comment on the fit because I couldn't use them.

The products are like what it is online packaged safely to prevent damages.
Most orders came apart from one with no email or message to say it will be delivered for another date, still waiting.
Would be great if courier followed instructions not to leave packages on front doors and should take it at the back door to prevent theft.
