Received a quote from them in a timely manner and had every intention to purchase from them. Called their Telford office on Thursday to make sure they were going to be open the following day, so I could visit them to view the worktop and place the order. I also checked if I needed to make an appointment. I was told no, just turn up anytime from 8am and they'll see to my needs. Their website also said they were open at 8am. SO far so good.
So my wife and I both booked a half days holiday off work, paid for the kids to go in Breakfast club then drove 80 minutes to Telford. Upon arriving they were closed!!! So I phoned the number and was diverted to another branch, where the 'gentleman' I spoke to promptly returned my call and confirmed that the Telford office would be shut for another 3 hours or so. I explained I'd previously called to check the opening times and explained the above situation ( I may have been irate with him on the phone, as would anybody in this situation, but I was not offensive or aggressive in any way), however the 'gentleman' then sarcastically stated 'So I should drive up to the Telford branch for the next 2 hours just to sort you out... erm no, I don't think so'... then he hung up on me!!!! UNBELIEVABLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My wife and I have wasted a half days holiday each, a 3 hour journey there and back, the expense of 2 kids in breakfast club, plus petrol costs and the added insult of a sarcastic unfriendly response. The only positive I take from this is that I have seen how bad their customer service can be before any issues were encountered with their actual product or installation. Given my experience, I would avoid them at all costs. RUDE, SARCASTIC AND NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND EXPENSE!!!!

The fitters have just left and we cannot speak highly enough.
From day 1 and throughout (from our 'relationship' with Jenny in the office, Aaron with his two site visits,to the friendly and professional approach of the fitters - Aaron and Mike) has been excellent.
We cannot recconend the 'Mister Marble' team highly enough.
This is the second time we have used them and, quite honestly, would not go anywhere else in the future👍

What made our experience great? From the genuine, friendly, absolutely no-pressure ‘sales’ approach (just real helpfulness), to the way Jenny and the team helped make sure we were ordering the right stuff, and happily helped us with several sets of changes, to the templating and installation activities everything … just worked incredibly well. We now have a fabulous kitchen worktop, that fits like a glove, at a great price. Highly recommended.

MisterMarble, Bury were great from start to finish. Jenny the office manager has been amazing throughout, helped with everything my wife and I needed and she went the extra mile in helping us have the perfect worktops we have wanted for a long time. We had Verona Quartz fitted last Friday in our new kitchen renovation and the fitters were spot on. Woody, Aaron and Matt were all very professional, helpful and generally top lads to speak to. Would 100% recommend MM to anyone wanting quartz worktops/back splashes and I will be using them again in the future for future projects. Their prices and customer service can't be matched.

This is the second time we have used Mistermarble and I have to say from the quote to installation could not have gone better, easier and anymore professional.

We got the Quote on 26/11/2022 we had the survey on the 13/12/2022 and Installed on the 16/12/2022.

The installers arrived early and completed the installation by 14:00, nothing was too much of a problem, these guys cut the worktops in the freeze cold and did a perfect job.

Although I was at work on the day of our worktop installation my wife was super impressed with the professionalism and general communication of the stonemason and his assistant . On seeing the worktops fitted when I got home I was very impressed myself ( as a carpenter/builder myself for the last 40 years not that easy to do ) , top quality product , top quality craftsmanship, super easy no nonsense company to deal with .

The staff were quick to advise and help - and even arranged a new fitter on the same day after the other one was held up.
The fitters and surveyor were great and the office worked hard to ensure we had a quick delivery.
Very happy with my wonderful new breakfast bar - money well spent.

Had Mr marble to replace kitchen worktops with Quartz. Lottie and Aaron were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The surveyor came to measure on Tuesday and the whole job was completed on Thursday.The fitters Carl and Sam were really good also they had a sense of humour which was good they did a brilliant job and even a month later I still can't believe it's my kitchen. I would highly recommend Mr Marble for quality, price and workmanship.

Like others, I was a little sceptical due to the price being so much cheaper than other companies, but I am extremely pleased to say that the complete service, from the surveyors, to the fitting were fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quartz worktops, mine look amazing!! Thank you!!

I am pleased to be able to write a review that was deserved and reached the standards others can only aspire to reach. The pre-order with David Summers was excellent and honest, samples arrived punctually and we were able to visit their showroom in person to see for ourselves the quality of their goods. The ordering process was simplicity itself after the shambles that was the Wren Kitchen delivery!! The two installers were friendly and very talented and the end result is exemplary, we have a kitchen to be proud of now and that is mainly down to the worktops which just complete the job!!

The excellent service, from our conversation with Dave in the showroom, to the measuring and fitting was absolutely seamless, literally (we can’t even see the corner join in our quartz!).

We were impressed by the short timeline. They visited within a few days to measure (Tue), then visited a few days after to install (Fri)!

Just to say how happy we are with the installation done by Paul and Luke today. They did a brilliant job, and Paul was able to advise on what would work best in the space. They worked quickly and cleanly, and we are thrilled with the result. Great value for money kitchen looks fantastic.

Mistermarble provided amazing service throughout, making this a very quick and easy process from start to finish. Staff were very friendly. Fitters did an excellent job. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality worktops!

We had a wall removed to create a kitchen diner. The grey Quartz worktops and upstands from Mistermarble and fitted by them really finished off our new kitchen and transformed the whole room. We are over the moon with the finished result.We just chose the worktop and everything else was taken care of by the wonderful office staff and their great fitters. Great price and fantastic service from start to finish.

We had a complete new kitchen installed, turned up with our plans but no scheduled date. Megan gave us a quote before we left which was nearly 2k cheaper than what we had been quoted elsewhere. I then contacted them with an expected completion date and a survey date was arranged. We changed our plans and decided to get the windowsills done in the same quartz the quote was redone and they installed 2 days later. The installation team worked relentlessly with walls that were not straight in a farmhouse it was challenging. If they were unsure they ran their ideas by us to ensure we was completely happy. I'm amazed at the result brilliant company to deal with no complaints and the second time we have used them for kitchen worktops.

Excellent service from start to finish - quick response on quote and any queries, updates on timescales and the fitting on the day was spot on - my partner didnt find a single issue with it and he has very high standards! Delighted with the end result and loving using it!

From start to finish the service was First Class and a seamless operation. In the showroom David gave us good advice and help with the most competitive quote we received from anyone. There was no high pressure sales or chasing up once the quote had been sent which I particularly like.
Surveyor was good and offered advice how to fit the inset sink in preparation for the install day.
Fitters did a superb job ,were clean and tidy workers and left the site in the same state as they found it removing waste when they left.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Marble and should the need arise would definitely use them again.

I absolutely love my new quartz tops from Mistermarble. I went for the sparkly White Blizzard, and so pleased I did. It cleans well and looks great! Especially when the lights are on. I would highly recommend this company . Great quality, price and service.
