Mirrorforest Arvostelua 30

My mirror came with a small scratch that damaged the mirror. Initially emailed them but did not get a response. Used their chat box on their website, replied and gave me a call. Sent photos of the damage and Adam was quick to say that they will replace it. 2 weeks in, my new mirror arrived. Thanks, Adam for the prompt solution to my issue. - Angela

Great communication as I needed a custom size which was not a problem a promise that was delivered.
5* company for product communication and delivery which I needed after being disappointed with a previous order I placed elsewhere, well I know where to go now.
Will definitely be ordering the amazing planter shelves.

Ordered a bespoke handmade mirror from this company. Unfortunately the first one arrived broke, but I emailed and they called me with 1 hour. Offered to send another one free of charge and it came a few days later. The mirror is beautiful! I’m so happy with it.

Ordered a mirror from these guys delivery took a little longer than expected but was definitely worth the wait you can certainly tell it’s a good quality handmade product and really looks amazing on my wall the grain of the wood really stands out I am more than happy with my purchase and would order from this company again

Mirror arrived this morning and it's absolutely beautiful and unlike anything else I saw online (deep frame which can be used as a shelf). Packaged really well so it arrived perfectly intact, and came complete with rings on the back for fixing to the wall which I wasn't sure if I'd have to do myself.
Delivery took a while due to Christmas, bad weather, a company change in courier and of course the products being handcrafted by a very small team but when I contacted the company by online chat they called me within minutes and were very friendly and understanding despite my panicked message when I realised I hadn't heard anything from the courier for a while.
Would 100% order again.

Good quality mirror, well made.. read reviews about mirrors arriving smashed but mine was packaged very well.. 4* instead of 5 due to delivery taking over a month.. but look past it when i finally got it

One star is way to much for them

Received my mirror smashed to absolute bits! Tried to contact through website, Facebook, instagram and email with no response! Absolute shambles. Do not recommend.

Without doubt the worst company I have ever experienced. Paid for the mirror which arrived smashed to pieces. This was probably not their fault so I emailed them to resolve the situation. They completely ignored all my messages, then completely ignored pay pal’s attempt to resolve it too! Thankfully Pay Pay refund me as they also ignored the dispute. Horrendously rude company. AVOID!
