I just saved my $1,000 Lello Musso Pola (justly dubbed the “Ferrari of ice cream makers”) from the junk heap thanks to a replacement gear and shaft from MiniPCaffe.

Not only did the company supply the parts but it walked me through the process as I stumbled through the repair. MiniPCaffe staff advised me via a series of prompt emails as I dissembled my machine and installed the new parts.

Delightful company to deal with. They answered all my questions super quickly. There was an issue with the shipping but they kept me informed. The item was very well wrapped which was good because some of the local delivery companies seem to play football with the stuff but it was so well wrapped that the hole in the box didn't make it through to the product so all's well.

Faster shipping to Alaska than things bought in the lower 48. Parts were perfect and all is working.

Greatly appreciate the quick response and delivery. The part works just fine and replaces the older timer switch that was currently on the mini ice cream machine.
