Minions of Craft Arvostelua 

Gutermann extra fine thread are ok. Problems with Schmetz Microtex needles which are LONGER than my other Schmetz needles. I’m so puzzled by this as they are STANDARD needles. Must be faulty batch. BE WARNED ALL OF YOU - you MUST return items as UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING - difficult to do as I only discovered the discrepancy on needles after trying to fit it on my machine!!!
Will not buy from them again. Bought same needles from other company I usually buy from and will do this in future

I have purchased from Minions of Craft previously without any problem. This time I made a mess up of my order. When I contacted them they sorted it out immediately and with such good grace. I’m really happy to have found Minions of Craft. They have a fantastic range of products (some of which are difficult to get hold of elsewhere) at very reasonable prices.

Delivery was fast too - I ordered on Monday night, with standard parcel delivery and my well packaged order was with me on Wednesday morning.

Very happy with the beautiful silk ribbons I purchased from minions of craft. The price was great in comparison to other websites i've bought from & was basically a first class overall service.

Received my order within 24hrs, which was just as it appeared on the website- great service!

I needed to buy lots of different colours of ribbon and ordered from 3 different UK companies to find a ribbon that suited my branding colours. Minions of Craft was the only company that properly packaged my ribbon! One of the others just dropped 7 different sorts into a jiffy bag so some of them arrived creased. The ribbon from Minions of Craft arrived neat and folded. Loved the quality too and more than happy to recommend as I will definitely be using them again.

Thank you for the great service! Items were shipped out very quickly and received in perfect condition. Really happy with the prices too, cheaper than in my home country. I ordered some spools of thread which were packaged neatly into biodegradable ziplock bags, and the box used to send the items was made from sturdy corrugated cardboard which provided good protection for the items. I've received my order today and I'm not at all pleased with how the order has been packed for dispatching. I ordered two Gutermann thread shade cards. Well done for completely ruining them.

- First of all, there was no need -and no one asked you- to stick, on the cover, your own labels on with your logo and where to find you. By peeling off the labels, totally unwanted and unrequested by me, and definitely not part of what I purchased, the cover of the two cards got ruined.

- Second, there was no need to then cram both shade cards in a plastic ziplock bag that was clearly too small to fit the two cards in. With the result that the corners of both cards have been damaged by your method of packing.

I'd like a replacement (without your own logo labels attached to them) and to be sent a label to return you these ones which look used and in poor condition before I've even got to use them. I'd appreciate if the packing of the replacement set was done considering avoiding damaging all corners (avoiding packing them in a plastic bag which is too tight fitting, and maybe potentially using one slightly bigger).

Really great customer service. My first time purchasing ribbon from them for my business orders and Mark was really helpful throughout the process. Will definitely use them again in the future as their prices are reasonable and they can check with the manufacturer if you need more quantities than what they have in stock.
