I've never once had an issue with Miniature market, and I have made well over 10 orders.

If I could give MM zero stars I would.
Having been a MM customer for around 10 years, I’ll never order from them again because of 2x instances this year.

Firstly they sent me a game that was heavily infected with mold. I appreciate that they could not have known the state of the contents, but their failure to respond back to by email was fully on them. Without response I sent a reminder email that was also ignored, leaving me no choice but to file for a refund through PayPal. This was my one and only PayPal refund and still can’t believe I was forced to take this route.

The 2nd issue was regarding a future order I placed in the summer of 2025. Then in the spring of 2026 I received an email from MM stating that my order had been canceled, but there was no refund. I emailed MM and again had no response. I followed up again and again had no response.

In Sept 2026 my ‘ cancelled order’ was delivered. By then I had already purchased one of the games on the order. I messaged MM stating that I wanted to keep the order except for the item that I now had a duplicate of. I was told that because of the initial order was over a year ago they needed a manager to access the order and they’d get back to me. 10 days later after no response I messaged MM again and was told that the manager was now on vacation and they’d get back to me in a few days when they were back. Another 10 days with no response and I have to chase MM again.

They’ve since emailed me a return label for the $20 game I want to return. After chasing their customer service team 5x for an error initiated by them; they are now holding my $20 refund hostage until I print the return, package the game up and drive to a UPS store - all on my dime. Once they receive the package, then I can get my return. I don’t work for MM, yet I’m the one doing all the leg work.

I now hate MM. I won’t waste any more of my time trying to fix their errors. They can keep my $20 because it’s the last money they’ll ever get from me. Perhaps they can pin the $20 on a board as a reminder of how easy it is to loose a customer.

Not too long ago their systems messed up and they sent me the same game twice. I emailed them to inform them of the error and sent the game back to them. I’ve been a customer of theirs for around 10 years. Because they deleted previous order information when they updated their website I can’t see how much I’ve spent at their store, but it’s a significant amount. In the past 18 months I’ve spent around 5k combined at Game Nerdz and Many Realms. Prior to that I made most of my purchases exclusively between Game Nerdz, Miniature Market and Boardlandia (now bankrupt).

The fact that they couldn’t trust me to send back a $20 purchase speaks volumes to the way they treat their long term customers. Somebody who has previously gone out of their way to return a prior MM error.

When you buy online most stores look similar. MM’s website is still a pain to navigate and their customer service is non existent. There are loads of alternative businesses so I strongly recommend that you purchase games from one of those.

A near perfect Web Store!

I have used this company for a very long time. In the rare instances you need customer service they are there for you. They are a major player in the board game and card game hobby community. I’ve spent a lot of money with them over many, many years and I don’t regret a penny

MM has a very fast and clean arrangement. It is easy to determine what they have in stock and to complete the order. Prices are good and the merchandise always arrives quickly and is as good as advertised.

The website made finding the minis I wanted easy. The shipping was quick and filled with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. The minis look great, no damage or miss shaped/tilting parts.

Miniature Market does what so few retail establishments do anymore: Cater to a specific clientele, have an abundant inventory, be staffed by knowledgeable employees, and open their doors as a hospitable third-space. I'm happy to have them as my primary games vendor.

I've been a Miniature Market customer for a long time. Being a D&D minis collector, if my case is missing a very rare figure, Miniature Market usually has a price comparable to or better than other places.

I'm trying to solve a problem, that was not even caused by me (they shipped me accidentally a on hold order) but it's taking months. Last time they replied me was almost a month ago. They simply don't care.

Always great service and prices. I have used them for years without any issues.

The greatest place to shop online when it comes to gaming. I totally recommend.

Bought an item that was listed in stock. Waited 1 week and half to receive an update on the order to tell me the item is not in stock. I wonder how they do operate, because it doesn't seems their system works and the customer service is really slow. The only good thing is that I receive an apology and the refund was quick.

Had the same experience as many individuals. My order was delayed, there was no communication until I reached out to ask, and no attempt to apologize for the inconvenience was made.

Also, the reviews on their website are deceptive because it only allows you to leave a review if your purchase is successful. If you ask for a refund due to poor communication and customer service (as seems to be the most common issue), that customer experience is not reflected in those reviews.

Purchased an item from them during a sale, afterwards it apparently went out of stock, I was never notified about this. When the rest of the order shipped they charged me for it anyways, I was able to get a hold of support eventually to get the refund issued, but they are very unresponsive and never gave me any communication to how the item (that was in stock when I purchased it) became out of stock nor why I was never contacted. Particularly annoying a I was getting other related content for that game, which did ship, that I no longer want/need. Have used them for a while but they communication has gone significantly downhill, will steer clear from now now.

Ordered Kickstarter item that is longer out of print but showed great price and in stock. Order label assigned but item never shipped. Customer Service tells me to wait longer knowing this item is probably not in stock and will never ship. Customer service will not respond to second request for refund even though item is still showing not shipped 2 weeks after label printed. They're clearly falsely claiming items are in stock.
