Millingtons Removals and Storage Arvostelua

Andy and his team provided a brilliant service for our February 2025 move from Milton Keynes to Sunderland.

Their service included a fully costed quote; professional packing of our home's contents (days 1 & 2); overnight storage at their depot; and delivery to our new property by 09.30 am on day 3 (after a 4.5 hour drive from MK).

Throughout the whole process the team were an absolute pleasure to work with; very friendly and extremely efficient. I cannot praise their professionalism and attitude highly enough, and would definitely recommend Millingtons Removals and Storage to anyone looking for a removal company.

Huge thanks to everyone involved 👏

I wanted to express my gratitude to you and the entire team for the exceptional work you put into the move. Your professionalism, care, and speed were truly amazing.Thank you.

Thank you to Andy & the team.
A seamless customer experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company 👍

Have used Millingtons twice recently & on both occasions received great service. Andy was quick to respond to the request for a quote & the price was very competitive. All of the guys who did the removals were considerate, polite, efficient & professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Reliable. Helpful. On time .

Straight from the initial contact with Andy (owner) walking around the property gauging the amount of contents to move, number of packing boxes, vans etc required.

Through to supplying the quote, flexible with removal date (was very much at last minute.com) everything was delivered with professionalism and care.

On the day of removal the team arrived on time, and immediately set to work removing the contents with care and speed, within a few hours (or seemed) the property was empty (including dismantling a triple wardrobe and American sized fridge / freezer (i'm sure the removal team will not forget that in a hurry).

Everything continued as professional as before bringing all the contents into the new property. Now we just have to unpack everything but that is our problem.

Again, many thanks to Andy and his team at Millingtons Removal and Storage for everything they have done to make our move as painless as possible.

The three guys that moved us were incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. They took all of the stress out of moving day and nothing was a problem. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend

I recently used Millington’s for an house move and was thrilled with the service.

The moving team put me at ease with their friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency. They made moving day incredibly easy for me.

I would highly recommend Millington’s and would use their services again!

Quick and easy, Friendly and professional

Called Andy out at very short notice and turned up on moving day dead on time and all very friendly, professional and very carefull with our items.
John, Steve and Craig work very hard and would definitely recommend them and was also the best price i could find. Thanks very much guys.

The guys were brilliant, really friendly. They worked really hard, i'd highly recommend them to anyone.

We have never used a moving company before, so we did not know what to expect, what was included, what we needed to be prepared for and how the actual process would work

Andy was brilliant in supporting us through this and was always welcoming and receptive to any questions we had, putting us at ease. On the day the team were so fast and efficient. In hindsight I think we could have been a little more prepped ourselves as those last remnants not yet boxed were gone in a blink of an eye

At the other end the team took their time to ensure all the furniture and large bulky items were where we needed them to be and although we moved nearly 200 miles from Milton Keynes, we never felt rushed for them to get away to get back home

We also opted for them to supply the packaging materials for us to pack up the house with, and their 'unlimited packaging' package was great as it meant we could pack things in the way we were comfortable, ensuring the boxes were not jam packed, incurring damage and making them too heavy to move around at the other end. If we needed more tape, Andy dropped it round, if we needed more boxes, Andy dropped it round. It was one less thing to worry about when you have a lot going on already

Admittedly there was some damage on a piece of furniture, but it was pointed out to us by Andy, not reliant on us discovering it, and Andy has agreed that when we can get it repaired, he will cover that cost.

So all in all, im glad we decided to go with Millingtons.

Excellent service from Millingtons Removals during our recent move. Their quote was really competitive and the team were all really helpful and friendly.

Millingtons really are a fantastic team of People. Andy stepped in to save the day for us when we were let down when we were let down by the company we booked.
I originally tried to book Andy and team but he was already booked up. After one phone call he got us people there and vans just to make sure we moved house.
These guys all super professional and know their stuff. We managed to get out and moved into our new home with just the smallest delay.
Thanks Andy once again. You really are a superhero! 🦸

A cheerful team, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

They were brilliant, quick and efficient. They moved all the furniture to the right rooms and really looked after it all so well.

We were very pleased to have Millingtons as our house removal team. They gave an extremely competitive quote, communication was excellent, and the move itself went pretty smoothly. The team worked happily together, quickly, efficiently and cheerfully. They responded to last minute requests and there was a minimum of breakages and no damage to sensitive furniture. Any errors were quickly sorted out without quibble and the used packing boxes were picked up as arranged. We would highly recommend Andy and his team of removers.
