Millingtons Removals and Storage Arvostelua

Andy was great from the start. He was friendly, professional and very patient when our chain fell through twice. He was always understanding about changing dates and communicated clearly and quickly throughout, which really helped during a stressful time.

On moving day the team were polite and worked hard, but there were a few issues. A brand new storage box was broken without acknowledgement, there were scuff marks and damage to our stairwell walls, and protective sheets on carpet weren’t consistently used. The beds were also poorly reassembled, with missing and cross-threaded screws, leaving the beds in an unsafe and unstable state, requiring use to fix them with new parts.

We understand moving days are long and busy, but the care and attention to detail didn’t quite match our expectations. Andy did respond professionally to our feedback afterwards, which we appreciated.

Overall, good communication and customer service, with some room for improvement on execution. Would still use them again, despite the issues.

Millingtons were recommended to us by our estate agent, and for good reason - They are fabulous at what they do!

From our initial contact with Andy for our quote, right through to moving day, nothing was too much hassle despite the hiccups and date changes we had along the way.

We utilised the packing service which was done the day before moving day, and the 2 gentlemen that packed our 4-bedroom house did a superb job in under 5 hours. On moving day, the team arrived at 8am sharp, were extremely fast and efficient at loading the vans, and delivered their service with a smile.

Andy and his team are professional, efficient and extremely hard working. They were respectful of our property, and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Millingtons Removals in a heartbeat and would use them without hesitation if I needed to move house again!

All went very smoothly, from first contact to job completion. As our dates changed, Andy was very adaptable and gave us confidence that he and his team would deliver a great service on the day, which they did.

Huge thanks to Andy and the team at Millingtons! They made a stressful move so much easier by being flexible with our late exchange date and even loaning us packing boxes. The guys were so polite and worked incredibly fast on the day. If you’re looking for a reliable moving team, look no further!

A very difficult move in the pouring rain just before xmas last year. Brilliant people. Did a great job. Would reccomend 100%. Thank you!

From start to finish, Andy and his team have been nothing but outstanding.

From the moment I spoke with Andy on the phone, I knew they were the right company for me. After meeting Andy, I cancelled the other two people I had coming round to quote and booked him straight away. Andy is friendly, down to earth, professional, and clearly knows his trade. He embodies the kind of good, old-fashioned values I grew up with.

His team carried those same values through on the day, which is a real credit to Andy. Kai led the team brilliantly. He introduced himself, Craig, and Steve, and took the time to understand our requirements. Operationally, they are a very well-oiled machine and made moving our furniture look easy.

Everything arrived at our new house exactly as it left the old one, and the guys even had time for a cuppa and a chat, which made the stressful business of house moving much easier.

I can’t recommend Millingtons highly enough. They were recommended to us by a work colleague, and they thoroughly deserve their great reputation.

Thank you, Andy, Kai, Craig, and Steve!

Fantastic job—highly effective service. When my purchase faced an unforeseen delay, they seamlessly stored my items. Andy’s team deserves a five-star rating.

What a lovely and helpful company, from start to finish they couldn't be more helpful. The team of removers worked so hard and work so well together.

We used Millingtons for our own removals in 2024 and when my parents needed to move end of 2025 and have a house clearance too at the beginning of 2026, we used Millingtons again for both. They were professional and friendly and the team treated my elderly parents with respect and kindness.

I recommend Millingtons wholeheartedly. Andy was very patient and helpful in accommodating our move date which changed at least once . On the move day the weather was awful yet John and Sidney arrived promptly. They were cheerful and friendly and made light work of moving us to our new home. Thanks again

I'd been recommended Millingtons by a family and friend, and was not disappointed!

The team were fast and efficient, and made the move fun and completely seamless.

I couldn't believe how quickly they were done. They had great teamwork throughout and everyone knew what job they were getting on with. They double checked everything with me and even helped me make some decisions on where items may go.

I wouldn't hesitate in booking them again!

All good. Thanks.

From first contact with Andy to the time the lads closed the doors on the van, the entire experience was flawless. Couldn't recommend Millingtons highly enough.

As previously, the service and commitment of all those involved was second to none.

We chose Millingtons Removal company for a couple of reasons…they were local and they are a family run business. At every step of the process Andy offered advice and was so supportive during what was a stressful move! The team who packed up our house and moved us on the day were exceptional…helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a house move in Milton Keynes

Andy, Jon and the team were incredibly helpful leading up to the move. They were very patient when plans were changing!

Their fragile and kitchen pack was excellent and their self pack materials were great. The move day itself was very efficient with a fantastic team moving all our stuff (4 vans!).

Can’t recommend them enough.

I was very happy with our recent removal by Millingtons. Andy came to look at the job within a few hours of me telephoning them and he gave what I thought was a reasonable quote .
On moving day his two employees turned up exactly on time and worked very hard to get everything onto the van in good order. There was not a great deal of furniture to move and they had finished by around 10.30.
After a lot of hanging around while the legal eagles did their thing, they drove to our new property, where they unloaded everything efficiently, and with no breakages.
I would recommend Millingtons Removals to anyone about to move house.

Great service, on time, very quick and professional

Absolutely fantastic service from Andy and the team who helped my daughter move to London. They were on time, polite, helpful and completed the removal on a restricted parking street in London to a flat where the lift was out of order and the furniture didnt easily go up the stairwell. They were absolutely brilliant and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend. Thank you to the team!
