We had purchased a bottle of wine from a wine & cheese shop in Wales and enjoyed it so much I decided to look online to buy more.
Mill Hill Wines came up and their pricing was competitive so purchased a case, on the 6th Aug, case arrived just before lunch time on the 9th and was very well packed. Thank you to Marcus whom dealt with our order, I will use you again. Shame I can't post pictures of the packing, it was excellent
If you want to buy something just a little bit special, Mill Hill Wines on the Broadway is the go-to, every time.
Every time I have gone in, the three different gentleman that I've met behind the counter have been so incredibly knowledgeable.

They seem to know the background of every single bottle that they stock, where it came from, how it was made, what makes it unique, how it tastes, how it is differentiated from anything else…
The staff are just the most incredible professionals who have a huge pride in what they do and what they sell.
They are masterful storytellers and it is always a delight to buy from them because I can then pass on the story of the heritage of the bottle to the person to whom I am gifting the purchase, which just really adds to the uniqueness and "specialness" of the gift.
It is absolutely no surprise that they are 40 years in business!
Love the shop, love their work and what they do, and buying from them is worth every penny.

There is something special about being on first name terms with the people who work in the stores you frequent and shopping local is very important to me.
The fact is, not many local stores have the selection that I’m looking for. But when it comes to whisky, it’s clearly evident that the team at MHW are as passionate as I am. You’ll not find the stuff you can pick up in Sainsburys or Waitrose here.
Rather a bespoke, refined and specialist collection that’ll take you on a rollercoaster ride around the wonderful world of whisky. From scotch, to bourbon to Asian whiskies, the selection and pricing is absolutely fantastic!
There’s something for every budget, every occasion and every palate. What’s more the team are very experienced and extremely welcoming. This is a store worth spending your time in.
Love going to the shop. Great selection of drinks from all over the world and they regularly hold tasting events. I recently attended the Nikka Whiskey tasting event and had a really good time. I recommend this place to all my friends, and it's the only place I like to buy my alcohol from - they're great knowledgeable guys!

We ordered a case of mixed wine from Mills Hill Wine. The wine was excellent and a good mixture for us to try out. The delivery was swift and easy to arrange. It was more of a personal service than using a large corporate wine company. Even living in Manchester it was a quick delivery service and I would highly recommend this shop.
Brilliant wine shop and amazing staff. They do frequent whiskey tastings as well which are a lot of fun and a good learning experience.
Astounding selection of wines and very good prices. The staff member was highly knowledgeable and knew about all different pairings. Got a lovely bottle of red for my stepdad. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a whisky online and went to pick it up as the shop was local. The owner who was friendly and helpful had my order ready when i arrived, ended up purchasing another from the vast selection while there as it saved me a trip into central London to get a limited release bottle.
