Super helpful store team.
I came into the store weighed down by bags, and Hannah and Matthew, the two members of the team I met straight away were super helpful. They accommodated all of my needs, and looked after me superbly, as I purchased a pair of shoes to stick in a suitcase on my way to the airport!
Thanks again to everyone in the store this afternoon. Matthew was great helping me pick out shoes, he gave me space to make my decision, and his advice to select a few pairs to find one in my size was super helpful. His amount of chat was perfect, talking about the rate I wear shoes out, great guy!

Went in store to purchase an item. Unfortunately it was something they didn’t carry in stock so was ordered to be posted to my home. The lady who served me was patient, extremely helpful, very polite and ensured that the discount was applied same as on the website.
