Hi,
We’re truly sorry that your necklace didn’t arrive in time for the wedding you had hoped to wear it to. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
We reviewed your order and can confirm that it was shipped within our stated processing timeframe and is currently in transit. The complimentary Eco Shipping option was selected at checkout, and your shipment is still within the estimated delivery timeframe provided for this shipping method.
We completely understand that this doesn’t change the fact that you had hoped to have your necklace for a special occasion. For time-sensitive orders, we also offer an Express Shipping option at checkout with a significantly shorter delivery timeframe.
We’ll continue to keep an eye on your shipment until it reaches you, and we truly hope you love your necklace when it arrives. Your experience and happiness with Mild Jewelry are very important to us. ❤️
Warm regards,
Mild Jewelry

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that the delivery time felt longer than expected.
Your order was shipped with our complimentary Eco Shipping option, which is our slower delivery option and has a longer estimated transit time. For customers who need their order sooner, we also offer Express Shipping at checkout with a significantly shorter delivery timeframe.
We completely understand that waiting for a special piece can feel long, and we truly appreciate your patience. We hope that once your jewelry arrives, you’ll feel it was worth the wait. ❤️
Warm regards,
Mild Jewelry

Absolutely wonderful experience
Absolutely wonderful experience! ❤️
The jewelry is even more beautiful in person — delicate, elegant, and beautifully made. You can really see the care and attention to detail that goes into every piece.
I was also incredibly impressed by the packaging. As a packaging graphic designer myself, I always notice these things, and everything — from the branded box and certificate card to the logo on the jewelry itself — looked elegant, thoughtful, and very professional. It genuinely felt like receiving a beautifully prepared gift.
A special thank you for the personalized little gift included with my order — such a lovely and unexpected touch that completely stole my heart! 🥰
The shipping was incredibly fast as well.
Beautiful craftsmanship, thoughtful presentation, excellent service — I couldn't be happier with my order. Highly recommend! ❤️

I am very disappointed in regards to the hummingbird necklace I recently purchased. It is so small that it cannot even be seen from a distance. The chain is so tiny that it broke the first time I tried to put it on. Total waste of money. Would not recommend.

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Hummingbird Necklace.
After seeing your review, we reached out to you directly to better understand what happened with the chain and asked for a photo so we could look into the issue. Our message was sent on August 5, but unfortunately, we have not received a reply or any photos from you.
We genuinely want to understand what happened and would still be happy to take a closer look. If you reply to our email with the requested photos, we’ll be glad to review the situation.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and our communication channels always remain open whenever there is an issue with an order.

Very pathetic service
Very pathetic service. Utterly disappointed with the kind of shit they pulled. They should go back to college and learn the pillars of customer service before running the store. Never trusting Mild Jeweler ever in my life again.

Hello Gaurav,
We're sorry to hear that you remain disappointed with the outcome.
For the benefit of future readers, we'd like to provide some additional context regarding this situation.
Following shipment of the order, an additional forwarding shipment was arranged to a different destination using a third-party shipping service selected independently from our store. While we fully understand the inconvenience this created, we were not involved in arranging, selecting, or pricing that additional shipment.
Despite this, we carefully reviewed the matter on multiple occasions and provided both a refund and an additional goodwill adjustment in an effort to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.
We're pleased that the necklace arrived safely and was well received as a gift. We remain committed to treating every customer with professionalism, fairness, and respect.
