Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! As some of our cases are currently the largest claims passing through the legal system, we find our updates are the best way to ensure our clients are fully informed and up to date on the progress of their claims.
Unfortunately the litigation process can be slow-moving, not least because the Mercedes claim specifically is the largest group action working its way through the Court system at the moment. We estimate that claims take 3 to 5 years. No claimants in the Group Litigation Order have received compensation yet as the central case against Mercedes-Benz is on-going. Please be assured that we are making progress and believe we will get there in the end!

Very strange situation with this firm.
I was contacted by this firm as I own a Range Rover. I gave them the information they require, including i.d which I later worried about in case it was a scam. I heard nothing for a few months and then today received an email saying they will no longer be acting for me due to their inability to prove I purchased the vehicle in this country. This is incorrect and easily checked as it was purchased from new from Harwoods in Basingstoke.. I have emailed them but more concerned than ever because of their strange conclusion. I will update

I received a email to say I was successful with my claim but they wanted my passwords for my Internet banking etc .I had a word with my bank and they said that I must NOT give these details .And request a cheque millberg said it wasn't a problem but still have received anything 2 months have now passed ?

Handled my case, they did keep me informed how far the case was at regular times, The amount of compensation I received was less than I expected. Reading all the hype made people were going to potentially get thousands, but sadly this was not in my case But what I did get was welcome extra money but not what I expected.
