The dress was supposed to arrive 8 weeks after the order. It has now been two months and I have not received any messages from you, nor have my inquiries via email been answered.My brother's wedding is in August, and I'm afraid he won't be able to attend.

Bought 2 dresses from the UK for my flower girls, absolutely stunning! Material is so luxurious and can tell it is very good quality. I mistakenly didnt look at the delivery times so emailed them chasing my order and customer service emailed me back within the same day. I had a slight problem with the zippers on both dresses but once again customer service was 10/10, the staff were on the ball and gave me recommendations but when it still didn't fix, they reimbursed me with what my local seamstress charged to fix them up. Honestly would really recommend this company!!

I had an issue with my order but Mik and Me resolved the issue literally within a few days, and got my dress delivered to me so fast. Can’t fault the customer service and will definitely be buying more dresses as my daughter looked beautiful in her dress and was getting compliments all day.

Such beautiful dresses! My daughter wore hers for her party and truly felt like a real princess. The quality was amazing and really high end.

I made a few custom requests, like adding long sleeves, and they did everything perfectly just the way I wanted. They were so helpful and gave me different options.

I knew as soon as I got engaged and started wedding planning, that our flower girl dresses were going to be from Mik & Me as I have been following their instagram for a while. My cousin also used them for her flower girl dress last year which was gorgeous. I was not disappointed! They are absolutely stunning and as gorgeous in real life as they look online. They came relatively quick even though we are UK based and certainly within the timeframe provided. I emailed the company checking my order and they replied swiftly. I would 100% recommend. The dresses are so different than your standard flower girl/bridesmaid dresses! 🩷

I had my eye on Mik & Me Bella dress for my daughter since she was born and got it for her Fairy first birthday. The quality of material to execution was 10/10. It was so easy on her delicate skin and fitted beautifully. The color match was perfect and she looked like an absolute doll in it. I would totally recommend Mik & Me for beautifully made children’s dresses.

1 Star: Missing item and zero resolution – extremely disappointed
I am writing this review to warn others and hopefully get a response from Mik & Me management, as my private emails regarding Order #14911 have not resulted in a solution.

I ordered the Rosabelle Gown Cream (Size 12) back on February 26th for my granddaughter’s Holy Communion. While the rest of the order arrived on April 19th, this specific gown was missing. Despite lodging a formal complaint on April 25th, the item is still nowhere to be found.

The timeline of their "assistance" so far:

April 25: Complaint lodged. I confirmed the package only contained one of the two dresses ordered.

May 1: Provided with a new tracking number (JJD0002210782659990), which has remained on "Pending" for days.

May 3: Still no dress, no update, and no urgency from the team.

This dress is for a major milestone event, and the lack of communication and resolution is causing significant distress. I have requested that this be escalated to a manager, but I am still waiting for a professional response.

To Mik & Me: If this dress is not delivered via premium shipping by the end of the day on Monday, May 4th, I will be forced to cancel the entire order and pursue a full refund.

I expected much better service for such a special purchase.
