Excellent Service from Start to Finish

I recently arranged car finance through Midland Credit and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end.

Anthony Fennell was extremely helpful, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The whole process felt smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

My finance was approved and paid out exactly as expected, and Anthony made sure everything was handled without any issues or delays.

I would highly recommend Midland Credit and Anthony in particular to anyone looking for car finance. First-class service.

My credit is quite bad at the minute and I went to Midland to help and honestly I was expecting this to be a pain in my bum ahaha but Anthony dealt with me and was just the best and fastest experience I’ve ever had, he was there every step and took about 1-2 days in total. I sourced the car with help from their dealers they already have dealt with before and they got the finance accepted the same day! I was so surprised! Thank you for the customer experience I’ve had.

Your team made it a simple and stress free process in financing my vehicle.

Ben at midland credit was amazing, didn't push me at all, let me take my time to choose the right car. And when I found the right car for a great price, he didn't try to push me into a higher loan, he made it happen:) thank you.

Fantastic service! So helpful and really friendly on the phone. Managed to sort my finance out really quickly. Top service. Thank you to Ben!

Adrian Brown was super helpful and expediant in providing useful options and communicating speedily between all concerned parties, highly recommend.

Exceptional company. I was allocated Bradley Williams to support me with my case. The whole experience from beginning to end took a day. So streamlined and stress free. I fully recommend this company. Very professional, extremely helpful and answered all my questions which some were quite silly but I wasn’t made to feel silly by Bradley. Easy to get through to. Communication was exceptional. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you Bradley!

The team at Midland Credit should be proud of the efforts they put in, to assist people like myself in finding a suitable vehicle finance. Bradley, in particular, really took on board my requirements and dealt with the whole finance process in a rapid and efficient manner and before I knew it I had the arrangement with the lender in place. A special mention to Cameron, also, who has provided excellent aftercare. I would highly recommend anyone to contact these guys, if they’re looking to finance a car. Great work from the team!

The fact you found me a finance deal that suited me within 2 hours on the same day was amazing and signed up to get a new vehicle the following day amazing service and over the moon now can't wait to collect my new car

Fantastic customer service went above and beyond very easy and helpful throughout the whole process

Anthony at Midlands made it great.
He helped me find my van. He was always there every step of the way, also he wouldn't pay out until I was happy with my van. I can honestly say there is not alot of people that would help you with something and make you feel like there was buying the van for them self. Thank Anthony

Was a really enjoyable experience super friendly and really helpful would highly recommend
