I do not recommend Midea's delivery service.
We paid in full for an upstairs delivery, yet when the movers arrived, they refused to bring the fridge inside the house. Instead, they left it outside, exposed to the weather, despite the risk of damage from rain overnight.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of assistance. No one was willing to help resolve the issue asap, and we were simply told we would have to wait another four days before someone could come back to complete the delivery we had already paid for.
This level of service is extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to worry about a brand-new appliance being left outside in the rain after paying for a premium delivery service. I expected much better from Midea.
