Patient & Great Support
We moved our domains and hosting over from an overseas company because we wanted to be local. Local support, local sales, local accounts. Customer support is great
Customer support is great. Just found it a bit confusing the whole web domain thing cpanel, didn't know what was what. got stumped on reseting password as well. Chose Micron21 because they are local, Victoria, Australia

Micron host a site I’m using, and it had a conflict and went down. Despite not having a support plan, I was able to get friendly professional assistance from the tech staff to sort it out
For clarity, I was given helpful assistance within the scope of our hosting and could not have been happier with the experience
