well meridian complete which i found out molina med because when i give them my med num they said they see it in they System. Okay they and good on paying for you get medicine and other thing but when the patient try to get ride from the num they give me MTM Transportation in never to my doctor appointment in three months and they be appointment to see my doctor I got case manager but never hear from her two months I'm just so frustrated I've got go though this i didn't think changing my insurance would go though this and they called like a whole week my case manager and going to help with anything you need yea right I can't see my doctor seen I changed into ya'll insurance company its sad I've been going seen i got this new insurance sense Jan 2023

Always messing up on transportation and canceling our rides missed very important appointments we needed to go to that took us MONTHS to get into

I've dealt with numerous companies throughout my life (I'm 55) and I can honestly say this..This company is not just awful, it is down right dangerous. I have literally had 6 medications denied because they always use the same excuse about having there inhouse "doctors" or "recent studies doesn't appear to help" bs. Folks, just look at all the other reviews here saying basically the same thing. Beware! I cannot stress this enough. Good luck and God bless.

Unsure why this medical insurance gives inaccurate information regarding coverage and location. We were appointed offices that were 40 plus minutes away, we are given addresses to offices that were not compliant with Meridian, we were given providers names with the wrong location, given a Hospice number instead of a basic primary care doctor, etc.

Their customer service is terrible, they don’t pay claims in time - so you will receive a bill from your provider that you should not owe. It took me over six months to receive a correct medical card. When I’ve tried calling to resolve issues you can hear kids in the background and they seem distracted OR I get disconnected. I have spent over an hour on the phone: being transferred or getting disconnected. I am very frustrated. They are not a member of the BBB.

Today I've decided to switch my health insurance. Meridian is an epic fail. They don't care about their clients or their health. They lie and say they supply medical transportation and the transportation never shows up. I reported the company and they still signed me up for this transportation service! Again they never showed up! I'm over Meridian and I do not recommend them at ALL. They should be shut down and never be able to service ppl again!

This is the worse coverage you could ever get. It is a death sentence. They approve nothing, and drag their feet to get approvals. They lie saying they didn't get all the documentation from the Doctor, the Doctor resends, they take days to respond then lie again to say something is missing. They do it over and over. Surely every Doctors office and hospital does not leave random information out of documentation. It's a ploy to get you to give up. But when your fighting for your life, it's not so easy to give up. I have been fighting and fighting them. They have done nothing for me but give me a death sentence. I don't know how anyone could work there or sleep at night being part of this organization. Today I leave the hospital without a medication that would free me from side effects for a heart condition. I we'll spend the rest of my life in and out of emergency rooms. Because for Meridian a policy, a lie, and a dollar is so much more important to them, then the life of any individual.

Keep getting faxes from Meridian Complete pharmacy and we keep telling them they are faxing to the wrong number for the past 2 years. This time we received a fax with no doctors name but it included the patient's name address and the name of the drug they want refilled.. informed the rep that this was a significant HIPPA violation. The rep could not reach the pharmacy side of the business and all he said he could do was to e-mail the rep that handles the provider account and ask them to remove our number from the Biscom software that they use... biscom.com also have a security issue because the software should not allow a fax to be sent without a name of who the fax is sent to!!!
