Zero Support following Assault by several men that could have killed me...after I reported the incident directly to the station Police didnt move and didnt took any evidences of the people on still on site or checked on me despite they were few meters aways...They only called me when i did a complaint but the person in charge to open case turned my words into something flat and not accurate ..after several corrections because i refused to sign left that i was not bleeding but i was bleeding etc...Then its months i m waiting for a call or a response... Don't waste your time reporting a crime they won'tdo anything about it. I was a victim of a crime and reported it and yet within less than 24 hours they closed the case without any investigation. I have no faith in the police and they are not fit for purpose, they do not have the public's best interests at heart and they certainly do not serve and protect. I've had such a disappointing experience and feel so vulnerable. The police simply do not care.

Very Shocking Incompetence: Metropolitan Police Caught Burglars Red-Handed, And turned a blind eye and Let Them Go. without any consequences Leading to Repeat Break-Ins, I am writing this review to express my absolute horror and disgust at the catastrophic failure of the Metropolitan Police. 7 attending officers Literally gave evil criminals the green light to burgle my home. completely failing to protect the public. My home was violently broken into, while I was away at my Mums funeral, a window was completely smashed-in, and the entire property was completely ransacked turned upside down, and vandalised criminally damaged, The 7 attending officers caught 2 Bulgarian Burglars hiding inside my attic. When ordered to empty their pockets, my personal belongings—specifically my brooches, crystals, and hair accessories—fell out. the officers kept this evidence a secret. they never recorded on system, and then shamelessly lied and said the 2 males were searched but nothing was found on them, completely ignoring the absurdity of men carrying brooches, crystals, and women's hair accessories, in their pockets during a break-in. Instead of arresting them, the officers took the words of the 2 criminals who told them they were "squatters", the officers thought my home was abandoned just because my neighbour told them she hadn’t seen me for 2 weeks, what a joke who abandons their home in just 2 weeks, the officers other silly excuse was that my home was cluttered so they thought my home was abandoned because of this also, The very selfish officers can not see the real facts that they very selfishly abandoned me the Victim and abandoned my home. The officers left my home insecure with a smashed-in window, despite the 7 officers knowing I was away, the officers should of known that even if squatters, that squatting in a residential home is a criminal offence on its own and warrants a arrest, the officers not taking in to account that my home is going to be cluttered, the 2 evil burglars completely ransacked my home, turned my home upside down, destroyed and scattered everything across the floors, and vandalised criminally damaged my home, what a Joke the officers really are, surely the officers couldn’t of been that much of a Idiots, These were all signs of a major burglary. but shockingly the 7 officers let the 2 evil burglars walk free, gave them a free pass, one of the officers can be heard saying bye to the 2 criminals on the CCTV footage, as the criminals are walking away in a rush, While the officers are just standing by looking so laid back, without a care in the world, The officers closed the case on the spot without bothering to investigate, They never even had the decency to post a simple note through my letterbox to inform me of what happened, they took the words of evil criminals, but very selfishly ignored me the victim, the very selfish, very laid back, officers never bothered to inform me or ask me anything, before they decided to turn a blind eye on burglars, The officers deliberately ignored vital evidence. A neighbour repeatedly pointed out many large suspicious full bags in my front garden, that the burglars had packed and removed from my home, She repeatedly asked the attending officers to search inside the many large bags. The 7 officers refused to search these many large bags which was right in front of their eyes, the officers stated that they thought the bags were full of rubbish, The 7 officers are full of rubbish they shamelessy put the public’s safety at risk. Because the 7 very selfish, very laid back police let the 2 burglars go, and left my property unsecured, the 2 burglars unsurprisingly returned a few hours later with a big vehicle they loaded all the many large bags that the 7 officers left in the garden stole all and fled. a few Weeks later, emboldened by the police's very selfish careless inaction, the same criminals returned a 3rd time. They violently smashed another big double-glazed window, and forcibly broke-in again by breaking my 2 front doors, and further violated, burglarized and vandalized my home. The selfish officers shamelessly stated that not because of them that I was repeatedly victimised, The Metropolitan Police served as an enabler for these evil criminals, Their very selfish refusal to act, their shocking disregard for obvious evidence, and their decision to turn a blind eye, and release red-handed burglars directly caused me to be repeatedly victimized. This is a severe breach of public trust. the 7 corrupt officers should of been sacked, The 7 very careless officers did just as bad as the 2 evil burglars in my eyes, even a 5 year old child would of known much better, The 7 officers should go in to the world book of records, the most Idiot officers in the world, A very big Shame on them.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the conduct and handling of my case by DC Arafat Topu (AT),metropoliton police

Approximately 10 days ago, my trial took place at the Crown Court, and I was found not guilty. I have suffered significant personal, emotional and financial hardship throughout this matter, which has continued for approximately two years.

During this period, I was unable to properly see or spend time with my children. This has caused me enormous emotional distress. I have also suffered serious financial and personal consequences, including losing my family home and having to deal with prolonged legal proceedings, stress and uncertainty.

I have serious concerns about the way the allegations made by my wife were investigated and handled. I believe that the allegations were false and that insufficient consideration may have been given to the reliability and circumstances of the evidence before the case was pursued.

I am also concerned about the involvement of members of my wife's family as witnesses. My understanding is that her sister was staying in a hotel in connection with the trial, despite her father having a home where she could stay. I ask that the circumstances surrounding the accommodation and arrangements for witnesses be properly examined, including who arranged or paid for any accommodation and whether any public funds or police resources were involved.

Given the enormous impact this case has had on my life, I also ask that the investigation considers whether any improper pressure, influence, financial interest or other undisclosed arrangement played any role in the way the case was handled. I am not making an allegation of corruption as a fact; I am asking for these concerns to be independently investigated and properly addressed.

The consequences for me have been devastating. I have lost my family home, spent a substantial amount of money dealing with the proceedings, suffered prolonged stress and, most importantly, lost valuable time with my children.

In light of the Crown Court finding that I was not guilty, I respectfully request:

1. A full and independent review of the conduct and decision-making of DC Arafat Topu (AT).
2. A review of how the allegations made against me were assessed and investigated.
3. A review of the evidence and witness-handling process, including the circumstances concerning my wife's family members.
4. Confirmation of whether any police or public funds were used for witness accommodation or related expenses and, if so, the basis for those payments.
5. An investigation into whether there was any improper influence, financial interest or other misconduct connected with the handling of my case.
6. Confirmation of whether the police followed all relevant policies and procedures.
7. Consideration of compensation or another appropriate remedy for the significant financial and personal losses I have suffered, where such compensation is legally available.

I can provide the Crown Court documentation confirming the outcome of my trial, together with relevant correspondence, case documents and evidence concerning the impact this matter has had on my life.

Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide me with a complaint reference number and confirmation of the procedure that will be followed.

I request that this complaint is investigated impartially and independently, and that I am informed of the outcome and any action taken.

What’s the point reporting a crime when it doesn’t even meet your threshold for investigation? I am a victim of theft in your city, it no wonder the public have no faith in this force.

I don't expect for a moment that any action will be taken by anyone from this organisation. I had cause to phone about two balaclava wearing men racing Surion electric motorbikes, doing wheelies at double the speed limit, including through a zebra crossing, going up and down a busy main street, in the dark with no lights on. The call handler was incapable of recording even the most basic descriptions or the location correctly. She seemed unable to even remember two words in a row, telling me, " Slow down I have to type this" and asked the same questions more than once because she seemed to have zero listening skills and exuded disinterest. The Wembley police station took the utmost care of me. My phone was stolen at the Notting Hill Carnival yesterday and they went out of their way to help me find it. They scoured London and managed to find my phone ditched in a random neighborhood yard. Without them my time in London would have been absolutely ruined. It means the world to me that they jumped leaps and bounds to take care of me and ensure my possessions got back to. Sidhu was the police officer who helped me through the process. I live in Islington I was with my grandson when a stranger attacked and assaulted me my grandson phone the police in what course this stranger to get more violent he hit me on the head I grabbed the phone from my grandson and told the police officer I being attacked and assaulted the police officer said what time did this happen and I told the police officer on the phone it’s happening now the man is in front of me assaulting me she ask for my details and the address were I am after I give all the details I was waiting for the police to turn up keeping my distance from the man that being violent the police never showed up I got attacked and violently assaulted were the police was no were I did get a email with a crime reference number .shocking

I am extremely disappointed with the way this case has been handled by the Metropolitan Police.
My vehicle was broken into inside a residential development, the door was drilled, the locking mechanism was damaged and tools were stolen. There is CCTV directly covering the parking bay where the vehicle was parked, and the property management confirmed that footage was available for part of the relevant period.
Despite this, the case was closed as “No Further Action” on the basis that there were supposedly no reasonable lines of enquiry.
I find this completely unacceptable.
There was an obvious line of enquiry: CCTV. I had already informed the police about it. The footage was time-sensitive, yet instead of urgently obtaining or reviewing it, the case was simply closed.
What confidence are residents supposed to have in policing in London if a vehicle can be broken into, property can be stolen, CCTV can exist directly opposite the scene, and the response is still to close the case without apparently pursuing that evidence?
This experience has left me with the impression that there is effectively no meaningful protection for ordinary people when crimes like this happen. Reporting the crime, providing a crime reference, providing further information and identifying CCTV appears to have made no practical difference.
It is extremely concerning that victims are expected to do the investigation themselves while the police close cases before obvious evidence has been pursued.
I would like a clear explanation as to whether the CCTV was ever requested, whether anyone contacted Princess Park Manor management or security, and what investigation was actually carried out before the decision was made to close my case.

Melina Zachariou is the most useless officer on the force. She's careless, lazy and will deliberately game the system just to close cases. She does not care about the people or the job.

There’s nothing they could help with on the phone police force has gone to pieces, lost all faith in them.

I reported landlord’s harassment to the police. When a police officer arrived, he literally said ‚he‘s the landlord; he owns the property so he can remove your stuff in shared area‘. EXCUSE ME? Even a 5-year old kid can point out what you said is wrong. Landlords have to follow a strict legal process to remove existing tenants’ staff unless the stuff constitute safety hazard. He also told me that the landlord‘s repeated behaviour which pressures me give up my tenancy isn’t harassment because the landlord didn’t send me threatening messages or give me a specific deadline to leave my property without giving me section 8 notice. This is also inaccurate. Harassment under the Protection from Evction Act 1977 is far more than this. When I tried to refute what he said he said it’s his own opinions and then he left. This is really an absolute joke. I finally knows the reason why London isn’t safe
