On our arrival they were there to collect car and when we returned, even though we arrived back 20 minutes late, at 00.30am ,the Man was there, loaded our cases in were gone in 2 minutes.

Drop off was nice and smooth, friendly guy.
Collection with frustrating. We called when we collected our luggage as requested, but we were left waiting for about 25 mins. So might as well have just parked in the standard car park and saved money.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately that is too little too late. We have not received the service we paid for. Suggesting another carpark when we have lost faith in your service is not really the best option. I would have offered a partial refund to restore faith in your service and try to show the customer that you are committed to good customer service and customer retention. Our booking reference was: MP15890

Lack of communication on arrival meant Ist class parking had no details of our confirmed parking arrangements with Merry Parking, although the car guy was polite this meant we had to provide the same details again on the day.
The return collection of the car was fine and once again the car guy was very polite.

Paid for meet and greet at Heathrow.. after several phone calls and being lied to for over an hour our car was finally dropped off to us. We have 4 small children and had flown back from Florida!!!! Being left outside for over an hour for a meet and greet service with children is outrageous WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. I asked for a full refund to which the driver gave me am email address to contact. I have tried to send and it's a false email address. Emailed them through the email I used to book and had no reply!!! AVOID!!!!!

They crashed my car. I found lots of deep scratches on my BMW's bumper!!! I hope they
give me some conpensation for that.

I have used this service on a number of occasions and never been so disappointed! I provided the requisite warning of my arrival at the airport, when I was advised to go to car park 5 where I waited! After 15 minutes I called again to be advised that I should be in car park 6 and that someone would be with me soon, I had to wait another 30 minutes, having made a number of further calls, before I approached a guy that appeared to be looking for someone. It wouldn’t have been so bad, if I hadn’t confirmed exactly where I had been standing with the supervisor on two previous calls. The delay prevented me from using the lounge facilities I had booked and caused sibstantial unnecessary stress. I was not impressed with the service that I received!

AVOID MERRYS MEET & GREET (MORE LIKE MEET & WAIT!!!!)
Drop off was ok but took 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES to get my car back at 3am standing outside in the cold after being told they would be with us within 20 minutes! After waiting 45 minutes we called them to then be told they had lost our friends car and was waiting to deliver both of them at the same time, eventually after the hellish wait we received our car with no apology but still no sign of our friends car. It then appeared that our friends car was locked up in a car park that didn’t open till 8am that morning resulting with Merrys booking a Taxi to take them home and delivering there car back the following night 14 hours later. Makes you wonder where there actually are leaving your car ? Had to ensure our friends where refunded which disgustingly was £20 pound short before I wrote this review, never to be used AGAIN.......EVER

Avoid Wizpark at all costs
Avoid Wizpark at all costs, you will regret! TERRIBLE service (or lack of any service to be exact!) not worth a penny! Had a booking for 8pm but decided to drop a car the following morning. Called them around 5pm and asked about dropping a car later. Was told this wasnt a problem but i would be charged extra 20 pounds booking charge charge. I asked them specifically what time they open - they said 4:30am. Started calling them at 4:30am for 5am pick up and surely no one answered. after trying to call them for another 30 minutes, i have decided to book Purple parking and just save my £20 pounds. When i called about a refund they came up with a story how they were waiting for me at 8pm - clearly a lie cause i never asked them to pick me up. Bunch of liars! save your time - go to purple parking instead!!!!

If you expect a Meet and Greet service than think again. Wizz Park are a shambles and the service provided is anything but!
30 mins out from the terminal I call as instructed. I'm told to go to the Departures drop off at T5 and they will meet me there. I had a 30 mins wait in an area that clearly says that it is a drop off zone with wait times of 5 mins and a £40 fixed penalty for overstaying. Driver eventually turns up but has no ID despite being told that this was part of the service. I reluctantly handed over my car.
Return collection was equally shambollic. I rang after collecting my suitcases as per instructions, and was told it would take 30 mins to bring the car round (you've got to ask yourself why you've been instructed to collect your suitcases before ringing if it takes 30 mins to bring car up). In the end it took 50 mins. Again the instructions were changed from collecting the car from the short term carpark to the Departures drop off area at T5. Where there is clear signage that says that pick ups are not allowed and a £40 fixed penalty applies. I had to chase twice to find out where car was and told the driver was stuck in traffic on M25 (at 6am in the morning). The driver rang 10 mins later to say that he was just about to set off. Not great customer service and i told the driver that. As a consequence when he turned up, he practically threw my key at me and stormed off. DO NOT USE - Using the long stay car park would have been as cheap, quicker and less hassle.

Like other reviewers here, we had a terrible problem with Wiz Park, booked through Merry Parking. It was acceptable on the outward journey but on our return from Vietnam on 10/4/18 it took three hours to get our car back, despite many phonecalls when they had said they were on their way and clearly weren’t (we can track our car). In addition it was filthy with mud and from the tracker we could see it was in a field miles away in Iver.

I reported this to Wiz Park but I feel Merry Parking is responsible as I paid the money to them. I called them and at their request sent an email with evidence of what happened to both Wiz Park and Merry Parking and I’ve heard nothing. I’m going to report them to trading standards now. But to make matters worse, I booked three sets of airport parking for trips over the next few months and another one is with Wiz Park (the one to LGW last week was good, I have to admit) but NEVER USE WIZ PARK

• On arrival, the representative was dishevelled and had no paperwork associated with our booking. When we handed over the keys we were not given a receipt nor any form to hand back when we returned
• On our return, we called as requested (at 16:16 on clearing customs) to request our car, but it was not delivered to us at terminal 3 until 1 hour later. Repeated phone calls were met with the response “will be there in 10 minutes” - this was clearly a lie
• On return of our vehicle, the driver did not ask us for any ID or proof of ownership of the car – this meant that you could have handed the car over to anyone (eg a thief). This is completely unacceptable from a security perspective. I complained to the driver and all he said was “send an email”

I did send an email (the above is an extract) and am waiting a response.
