Merry Parking - Airport Parking Arvostelua 

Positive experience, competitive cost , clear instructions where to bring car on Heathrow T2 when called and driver turning up promptly to take car and bring it back when called.

I paid for pre booked parking with this company back in March 2022, leading up to and on the day of travel, I received no information on where to take the car etc.. I tried to contact the company both via email and telephone multiple times with no success. I then had to pay for Heathrow long stay car park last minute as well as almost missing my flight waiting for instruction from this company. noone at the airport had any idea of the company or where they were based. After the whole ordeal I contacted the company via email to request a refund and was told that they would speak to their suppliers and get back to me... still no response 4 months later. looking at previous reviews i'm assuming pre covid they were legit how ever they are still taking peoples payments despite no longer operating.

once again couldn't find a fault, i use merry parking all the time, great service always on time, and the even helped me with my luggage, absalutely brilliant, thanks you merry parking,

We booked with merry parking without any trouble.
Was away for 14days and had no issues with the drop off or pickup. Just following all the instructions properly (calling them on time, etc) made sure it went as smooth as possible

Booked meet and greet parking via Merry parking for Bristol Airport. Received an initial confirmation email however, when we went into it for the details the day before on how to ring the meet and greet service there were no details on who/how to organise the meet. Spent the next 24 hours trying to get hold of Merry via phone (didnt ring/cancelled number) and email to multiple email addresses. Checked and they had taken the charge from the bank.
Luckily another provider (the one they should have organised but had no record of doing so) were available to accommodate us with an hour to spare - no thanks to Merry.
Finally have received a response and refund today 10 days after the initial query. But with no acknowledgment or apology.
Wont be using again and advise to avoid.

Info. told us to call a number when 10 miles from airport. we must have tried at least 20 times but phone was continuously encaged. by this time we were at the airport and followed their instructions to go to carpark 3 valet parking. we entered the carpark but nobody had heard of Merry Parking, eventually they told us we were at the wrong carpark and should have been at car park 3. we did this but thought we would end up paying more for the parking, luckily on our return we spoke to someone on the exit system who once was given the code provided by merry park let us out. hardly what i call valet parking but at least we didn't have to pay any more and to be fair Merry parking was by far the cheapest by at least £50

Merry parking was really easy to use and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. It was our first experience and we would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Avoid at all costs. We rang them on the number provided 20 minutes before arriving at Mcr airport. The man who answered said he would ring back in a couple of minutes. We rang again 10 minutes before arriving. He said he would ring back "100%". He did not. We arrived at the airport at the time we had advised them and drove round in circles, phoning them every couple of minutes. Absolutely no reply. After 40 minutes of trying to contact them we gave up and fortunately found alternative parking. We emailed Merry Parking for a refund - after all they took the payment. They replied telling us to phone the same number which had not replied! Pointless!! There was no offer of a refund, only the excuse "We are only a booking service". I emailed again. No reply. We were very lucky to find an alternative at such short notice and could have missed our flight. Untrustworthy in the extreme.

Bought a deal through groupon and have spent the last week trying to book, left 4 voicemails, sent 4 emails, sent a message on Facebook and now currently on live chat with groupon. Not one bit of contact from Merry parking about my booking which gives great concern

A very thorough and professional service, even when I arrived at the wrong level for drop-off. Was given a call and told to wait where I am, and they'll come to me.
On my return the service was very simple, I called as I landed and again once I'd collected my luggage.
Wonderful service all round.

Despite the requisite call 15-20 minutes before getting to T5 we still had to chase them to "Greet" us and were left hanging around for 15 minutes outside the terminal whilst we waited for them. Not really good enough.
