Meridian Business Support Arvostelua

Excellent agency, good communication skills, payouts on time , wonderful people,
Got job within days of applying great responce thanks to Ania 😁

I have very bad experience with them. I worked 2 days in Redditch at Toolstation. It was in June24 and 25.
Today is 16.9. and im still their employee. I found it out because I pay BR tax. I was wondering why im paying higher tax. I signed in to GOV website and I actually couldn't believe it. They didn't sent P45 or whatever they need to do. Its actually say Meridian is my current employer. I called agency and Maria wasn't really helpful. She said they sent HMRC my P45 but really they didn't.
She said i get that money back yes of course but thats not the point. Point is they didn't work properly!
I sent her email and she didnt even reply me. No communication. And ignorance. Terrible terrible terrible!

Always helpful, considerate and accommodating.

I have had no problems with Meridian, paid when I'm due, can be a bit slow getting monthly CIS voucher.

I have work for, and with Meridian for the last 11 years.
I have always found them to be good at paying on time, and always getting text messages letting you know your wages a day before. Daniel Keen is a very helpful guy, and i have never had a problem recemending them to anyone looking for work.

I worked for meridian for 6 months. My first experience of agency and they did not disappoint. It was the best working experience I have had! All the people I met were friendly and welcoming, gave me lots of encouragement and support to grow within my role. Pay was always on time with no issues, always available when needed day or night ! The ladies at Wakefield are second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again !

Amazing staff, Always there when needed. Highly recommended.

Really great to work with. Friendly, professional consultants. Definitely the best in the area.

My experience of using Meridian has always been very professional and I feel that they really add to our recruitment process. Simon, our Recruitment Consultant, takes time to understand and apply our requirements and knows the skills and the behaviours that we are looking for. They are an excellent source of knowledge and are always flexible to our requirements.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Sarah was very supportive and encouraging. It was always a pleasure to talk to her.

Simon has been incredibly thorough drilling down into my experience and skills to ensure the job is right for me and I am right for it, before moving forward. He has given great advice and excellent pointers for my own research so that I am fully informed before we progress. I will be getting in touch next time I am recruiting!

Great support and personal service, and follow up withe the employee.

We have used Simon from Meridian for a number of years. He has taken time to get to know our business, our goals, and the skills required for our roles. He has always understood that I have multiple jobs within our business and will be patient with feedback which has been great. Having placed a number of candidates with us we are able to trust his recommendations and know that he has fully assessed candidates before sending them over which saves us a lot of time. Highly recommend his approach!
