Dopo neanche due mesi di utilizzo (senza problemi sennò ogni tanto era lento) si è scollegato. Non trasmette più internet. Acceso in verde ma l'icona internet è spento. Leggendo molti commenti e recensioni ho capito che non sono sola. Assistenza tecnica zero. Ho fatto la segnalazione tramite app del marchio. Sinceramente mi dispiace di aver buttati 40 euro. Mi viene da pensare che non è per caso tutto questo disagio.... Con i sim noi abbiamo collegamenti internet in casa con 6/7 euro ... A qualche azienda magari è scomodo? Oppure un business per farci comprare il prodotto poi buttare ... Ci proverò a ripristinare ma non ho molta fiducia. Metto una stella perché sono molto delusa

Pessime performance prodotto. Fattura economica. Supporto da sito e telefonico impossibile da contattare.

Overall their products are quite good especially when you consider how inexpensive they are. I was initially annoyed that a router that I had bought from them became unusable, it would appear because of a firmware update. The router became bricked and it was impossible to restore the default settings which rendered it inoperable. I bought a new one though and that's working fine and the cost was very reasonable. From now on I'm going to avoid doing any firmware updates unless it becomes absolutely necessary.

Excellent customer service! Had a problem with my WiFi extender and Chloe was really helpful and quick to reply and it's now sorted.

I had an issue with my mesh system (user error!) and contacted customer services on Friday night. I had a super fast response and help very early Saturday morning - very impressed!! problem sorted

I had a problem updating my mercusys whole home mesh ax1500 system.
I contacted mercusys technical support who explained how to do the updates. And whith order to do them in 4 updates.
I found them really helpful.

Mesh WiFi system is really good product with at least one major flaw. You can't change the channel yourself. Therefore if you have an older product that cannot use a certain channel and it chooses that one - tough.

Bought HALO H60XR Mesh Wi-Fi system to improve the wi-fi signal throughout my house. Had an issue with installation, as the MERCUSYS router doesn't seem to be able to connect to the NBN modem. Contacted MERCUSYS technical support through an online form and email. Received an automated reply and then nothing. It's been two weeks without a response from them. Just tried ringing their technical support phone number and got disconnected after waiting in the queue for five minutes, because apparently you need to keep pressing 1 to stay in the queue, but when you do, it doesn't work.

So no way of contacting their technical support! Will be taking the product back to the store for a refund.

To use the app you have to diliver nearly all privacy.

Absolutely useless. Supposedly my password was incorrect for app log in. Whatever. So I reset it. Which promptly locked me out of the app because apparently MY PASSWORD IS INCORRECT. After I reset it 5-6 times FOLLOWING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS I'm now fully locked out of the router, app and browser site. What an absolute waste of $100

Ho acquistato un router MB115-4G perchè avevo bisogno di un router con SIM. Il prezzo era allettante ma le prestazioni sono inferiori alle mie aspettative. Inoltre ci sono dei servizi come Client e server VPN che non funzionano e nonostante abbia contattato due volte l'assistenza non ho avuto nessuna risposta. Meglio marchi più affidabili.

Absolutly terrible. Product stopped working properly, says everything connected and working fine, yet I couldn’t even stream a film.

Support read from a script, turn it off and on bla bla.

Avoid these at all costs

Contacted support as my HX80 halo was not configuring to the optimal network topology, Chloris. L helpfully replied with a link to beta firmware which allowed me to manually configure it and my issue was resolved.

Very impressed and happy with the HX80 halo mesh WiFi system which has greatly improved WiFi signal all over my large 3 story house.

Ho comprato un loro router da usare in casa, per problemi di configurazione ho avuto bisogno di sentire il servizio clienti. È stato impossibile.
Mai riuscito a parlarci e non sono mai stato ricontattato pur compilando i form appositi.
Stateci alla larga se non volete incappare nel mio stesso problema.

Powerline Si è guastato dopo un giorno non me l'hanno mai sostituito ho inviato decine di mail e non mi hanno mai risolto il problema azienda non affidabile non la consiglio assolutamente

Customer service was helpful and got us connected after not being able to connect the new router to the internet.

Novia was extremely helpful and solved my issues. she was very patient and not rushed to get off the phone until everything was sorted.

I had an issue with connecting additional Halo units to an existing network and with the help of Chloris.L this was resolved. An indicator of a good company is how they support the customers in after sales support and in this instance Mercusys has been excellent.

I have H50s and (now) H30s connected in a single network and it works seamlessly.

I had a great experience with the technical support team over the phone. Lorraine was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand the issue thoroughly and guided me through the solution step by step with patience and clarity. Excellent support thank you, Lorraine!
