Disgusting service
Disgusting service took what I thought was 36 month contract, I then tried to cancel but was not allowed as you have to do it 3 months before contract finishes so now have to pay for another 13 months. Day light robbery if you decide to go with this company do yourselves a favour and read the small print! Also they do not help you in any way when machines don’t work. DO NOT USE THIS Company

Tried to cancel my contract after 3…
Tried to cancel my contract after 3 years and told that if I want to cancel I can in 13 months time as I didn't give them enough notice to stoop a rollover contract being accepted. This means there is no loyalty even though I explained that my machine doesn't work most of the time now due to where I work, as I cannot get a signal and they cannot provided a solution. I have been told that I either pay the cancellation fee (same as paying rentals) or keep for something that is almost useless.
DIDN'T READ THE SMALL PRINT SOME 3 YEARS AGO (never explained the cancellation process when selling)
