Hi, thank you for your message. The only difference in the ingredient list is the use of the word “Aqua”, which is simply the Latin name for water. We will include this name in the list. All other ingredients are the same as shown on our website. Thank you.

We sincerely apologise that your order was cancelled and that our team did not contact you at the time to let you know.
Following our investigation, we found that the cancellation was carried out by our warehouse team due to the product being damaged. Unfortunately, the correct procedure was not followed on our system, which meant you were not notified of the cancellation when this happened.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and are very sorry for both the inconvenience and lack of communication. We are reviewing this internally to help ensure this does not happen again in future.

the product is horrible ended up in hospital with server skin reaction and had to have steroids this is a horrible product and the company is a fraud selling unlicensed products do not buy your skin will not thankyou
