Thank you so much for fantastic service. My old and very broken iPad looks and works like a brand new one! I posted it on a Saturday using 1st class mail and by 3 pm the Monday I had a text saying it's been repaired and will be posted back. It was packaged well and arrived by tracked mail 2 days later. Faultless service and very reasonable price.

They are a fantastic company. So what I am going to say may be contradictory. However, it proves what an honourable company they are. I had my iPad battery changed. They picked it up and said they would try to return it later that day. I said I was fine with next day. I did not hear any further that day or by 11am the next. I called them and it turned out he was in London. I was not happy. However, so I said I wanted a bit of money back like £10. He said he would return it by 19.00. Almost immediately they returned all the money except £10! It was indeed back with me by 19.00. What an honourable company. In doing this I will recommend them and have. They admitted it was their fault but I know things can go wrong. If they just communicate then we are all fair people. Thank you MED repairs.

Amazing quick service! I thought my phone wasn’t repairable the screen just kept flickering I thought I would have to buy a new phone! They fixed my phone within days and sent it straight back to me! Very very trust worthy and professional service! Definitely recommend!

MED Repairs repaired my iPad last August: new screen/digitiser/diagnostics required. 12 Month Warranty. Started having same problems again & sent it back end May. 1.5 day turn around in their workshop; repaired under Warranty, and new tempered glass screen saver added FREE (thanks guys!). If Royal Mail hadn't taken so long to deliver and return it to me, would've been 'home' after a couple days like last year.

Would I recommend them? In an instant!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Incredibly fast, courteous and professional service during lockdown

Apple iPad mini with faulty rear camera. After getting a ridiculously high quote from Apple, used MED Repairs for a fraction of the cost, and received a fantastic service. Can’t fault MED Repairs, absolutely brilliant and the turn around was in a few days from posting to them and receiving the iPad back. MED Repairs is the best in the business. They have saved me 3 times now, each time an underlying different fault but nonetheless a dead iPad. They are incredibly efficient and professional. My iPad Pro died recently and I foolishly didn’t back up and had 2 months worth of incredibly important work I needed to retrieve, also with the COVID-19 conditions I was feeling extra anxious about the hopes of getting it fixed, I dropped it off last Tuesday and they kept me updated on it’s progress and managed to diagnose the problem, fix it and get it back to me by the Friday that same week, so I could backup and transfer the data to my new iPad. I would never go anywhere else if I needed something fixing! Take it from me, always ensure to backup but if you have a moment where you don’t, MED Repairs are your go to, no question. I am incredibly grateful and continually impressed by their outstanding service, especially in these trying times of COVID-19

These guys are amazing I can’t thank them enough. I posted three iPads that were the children’s in such a bad state . I wasn’t sure one of them could even be repaired. They came back as good as new I can’t believe it.
