Awful do not use. Incomplete order. Took two weeks not 48hrs and then needed another blood sample to be taken for remaining tests. Would not refund. Arrogant obnoxious customer service especially from James. Just the most horrendous experience they don't know what they are doing. Do not use the WHOOP Service it is laughable and doesn't upload. Reported to OFT and to WHOOP.

I just wanted to mention that I have worked with this company in the past and never had a problem. Shipping is prompt and I recall the multi drug five panel test kit was the best deal available out of over a dozen different vendors competing for our large purchase.
Received our order on time drug tests were good and they included free urine collection cups for free. Shipping was free also.
I needed help to find what kind of drug test to buy. Customer service guided me to correct test.I called few days later after delivery and they helped with instructions. It was my first time I tried to do the test.
I needed tests for a huge lanfill project my compnay was taking on and had to hire 75 employees rather quickly. The local code where I was doing business required testing of the employees and subcontractors. My Sales Representative Mike McDonnell was extremely knowledgable, offered many options and certainly didn't push the most expensive, he simply wanted us to have the exact tests we needed and tha we got.
