Great customer service and everyone is always so incredibly helpful and kind. They really take the stress out of finding medication that is generally out of stock just about everywhere. Great service! Once I signed up I didn’t have to keep jumping from pharmacy to pharmacy with my doctor. Found the meds and the script was filled the next day, even when the pharmacy said it would be ready Friday it was ready as soon as I phoned it in on Tuesday.

I was charged $120 to find a specific medication manufactured by a specific company due to allergies to specific fillers. They took several days and came back to me saying they found a local pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and they said they only had X manufactured generic, not the one I needed.

I signed up for and paid for their service. Shorty thereafter I received a text they do not search for the class of rx medication I take. They did refund my money. I wasted half a day waiting for them to find the med for me, now I am back to doing it on my own. Why the website allowed me to enter my med in the first place is baffling.
