Ordered 4 items from Mcquillans..The order was partially shipped. The remaining item not being very elaborate (a hammer)..Understood this completely with everything that is going on at the moment..There has been no contact since.. I have tried ring on numerous occasions. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone.. 3 emails have been ignored and 7 weeks have passed.. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service.

I ordered a strimmers from these guys 5 weeks back. I was told there would be a delay, and with the current times I perfectly understand this, everyone is finding it tough. I politely agreed to this and I was told I would receive word closer to the time, 4 weeks later and nothing. I was told someone would call me back 3 times, still nothing, no one is answering my calls, texts or emails, its almost like they have vanished. My advise would be to stay clear of here it seems to be a sham and I think have just lost a lot of money.

Excellent service. Usually shop there in person, as it is staffed by experts and the range is great.
With COVID I recently have ordered a couple of times on line. The service and delivery is excellent.
