Shipping cost is a mystery
We've been a customer of McGaw for just about 40 years. The quality is excellent, but there's one thing I really dislike. When placing an order, I NEVER have any idea how much the shipping cost is until I get the invoice a couple weeks later! Also, I have to call or mail a check for the shipping. Please get up to date, as this is archaic and frustrating!

INCONSISTENCY IN THE PAPER PRINTS
GOOD SERVICE AND QUICK SHIPPING HOWEVER SOME PRINTS WERE PRINTED ON THE MATTE ART PAPER WHICH WAS GOOD BUT THE OTHERS WERE ON A GLOSSY POSTER PAPER THAT WAS NOT SO GOOD IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU PRINT ALL PAPER PRINTS ON THE MATTE ART PAPER AS IT IS GOOD FOR FRAMING PURPOSE
