If only it worked as good as it looked, like all
Non apple leads only works a short time as it should and to top it off the metal end came off and jammed in the bad of my battery case which has now also stopped working due to this. Dont always believe what you read in the adverts.☹️

Customer service does not reply - they state that their charging cables will last (warranty being only 3 months), but 3 out of 5 cables that I ordered have started to break down after 6 months.

I addition, they seem to remove all poor reviews from their website - I saw several "why you keep deleting my review??" -reviews there.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a battery case and it was damaged upon delivery. I have been trying to get in contact with them for WEEKS. They have not responded at all yet. I am shocked at how bad the customer support is!

UNBELIEVABLE. Ordered on May 25. Requested 1-3 day shipping. It's June 14 and it hasn't shipped yet. I have emailed them 5 times, messaged them and created a ticket from their website that hasn't been opened, they have no phone number for customer service... I opened a ticket with PayPal and they haven't responded to them either. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Mcdodo.co is a different company and reputable. Mcdodo Tech took their name and logo and scam you!!!!

Company advertises cables as quality and implies a lifelong warranty; when it comes down to it you will not receive any support or refunds after 30 days of purchase. Bought a lightning cable which broke within a year. The multiple websites and emails they have are very sketchy as well. Would not recommend.

Both my cables broke within 1 year and 1 month.

Purchased three cables from them December and two have stopped working. Getting no helper service from them.They informed me that their warranty period was 39 days. That's right folks, less than 7 weeks.
Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered some cables from them in October. It is now February 2018 and nothing has arrived. They replied to my emails saying it can take awhile and now completely ignore me. This is plain and simple theft. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS

Ordered from there email offering a free charger and discount. Six emails with no resolve.
Sent them a copy of where I ordered from the email. After this no replies to my request for freecharger.
Six times is ridiculous

Worked twice on day 1, but only to 99% & 98% charge on iPhone 6s & 5s, then no light at all, (still charges, but not fully). Contact took several repeat emails to the company, they just asked for photos, after that zilch!! No offer to replace. Cannot recommend at all. No better than any other lightning cable, their own site has many similar complaints, they seem to have a don't care attitude.

My cable frayed within 3 months of the purchase. They claim on their website, “we pride ourselves in keeping our customers satisfied.” Not true. When I reached out to McDodo and sent a picture of my broken/frayed lightning bolt charger, they would not back their product up because I purchased through Amazon.

One of the led lights that show if it is charging and so on broke after less than 3 months. And can say I hade it plugged in the bed room all the time so it was not abused.
Contacted them and got an offer for free shipping if I ordered a new one but nothing els.

Good ide about a cable that stops charging when the phone is fully charged but the quality is not there.
So my recommendation is to find another cable!

I received my order and used my product for two days before it broke. I’ve emailed twice and commented on their social media twice. No response and no phone number to call

I actually thought that I was getting scammed, given the fact that the site wasn't even on trust pilot, and due to a rather long wait-time, but the cable arrived today, and it's looking extremely neat.
