Una delusione
Mi sono premurata di telefonare prima di effettuare l’acquisto per essere sicura di ciò che mi veniva inviato, poiché dovevo fare un regalo a cui tengo particolarmente. Sono stata rassicurata dall’operatore che ha risposto alla chiamata, il quale mi ha confermato che sarebbe stata inviata la busta coordinata con l’articolo acquistato, quindi con fantasia maculata.
Risultato? Una busta super piccola per contenere un telo da 79€, che sembra persino riciclata, oltretutto con una fantasia a righe verdi.
Per me siete stati scorretti: la busta doveva essere inviata come da accordi telefonici e della misura corretta. Avete rovinato il regalo.
In settimana procederò con il reso.
